Receptionist needs help with customer service. There were greeting. If you ask any questions, you’re perceived as a bother. Additionally, asked if someone can come through and empty trash and bring fresh towels at 11 am. After made to feel I’m bothering them, no one never came.
Great service, great location. Pricing is fair. I intend to stay here again.

Ididnt like that When I got in the room there was old sushi and grapes left int the refrigerator .. And I was giving the wrong Hotel room the night person was rude
I liked the breakfast & dining area. I liked the pool but water was green and not clear. One day it felt velvety on my skin, next day just like regular water. Not sure it the pool had been treated properly.

My previous reservation changed at the last minute ( something about hotel mantenance??). So Ortibz called and rescheduled at this hotel. The hotel was great but the location in Duncanville was in a rough part of town. However our short stay went well.
