Stayed here for several weeks while in Duncan. Hotel staff was friendly, and the rooms are typical for this type of hotel. Breakfast is the standard waffle skillet breakfast, orange juice, and some fruit. Coffee is almost always available. Lots of truck drivers stay here, so parking is ample. Pool is an outdoor pool so is open only in summer. Rooms have a good sized bed, couch, Direct TV with limited channels, desk and a mini fridge. This is a good hotel for the price, or if you are on a budget. You can walk to a nearby BBQ restaurant for dinner. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean room! Couch in our room also folded out into an extra bed. Room smelled good, comfortable bed and bathroom was clean. Breakfast in the morning from 5am-10am: cereal, muffins, toast-n-gravy. Overall a great nights sleep. (=

The outside of the hotel look run down, but I thought to myself can't judge a book by it cover...wrong! The minute we walked into our room we were over powered by the smell of paint and mold. My little girl (who has respiratory issue) immediate started coughing. The lighting was horrible and it just felt dirty being in the room. We immediate left the room and when we told the lady at the front desk about it she said our room was nonrefundable so we called orbit and told them the issue. The front desk lady tried to claim the room did not smell and that we just walked in and walked out so orbit took that as the lady was probably lying because if it didn't smell why else would be walk in and walk right out. we ended up NOT staying at the hotel and I would not suggest this hotel if you are sensitive to the smell of mold or paint. i wouldn't even of gave it 1 star if i didnt have to click on a star! I was traveling by myself and had been driving all day. Check in was hassle free. Getting the internet set up was a little weird, and the front desk clerk tried to tell me it was my computer. I ended up figuring it out myself. Most of the night it was peaceful, but there were people in the next room that started getting loud around 11 pm, and their tv was on the same wall as my bed. The free breakfast was nice. Overall it was a comfortable visit.
It was easy to find, the staff was super friendly and very helpful with every need, including knowing the area. The room was clean and roomy. They had a nice complimentary breakfast set up, fresh fruit cereal, danish, coffee, tea and juices. Again, very clean.
Probably the best value in Duncan (not many choices). Staff were very friendly. Room was partially updated but it was very evident that some stuff was still old. Clean and comfortable enough for my family but I would consider elsewhere if money grew on trees.

We've stayed at this hotel several times though at least three owners. The new owners have been there about a year and have done great things with the property. It had gotten in pretty bad condition. The rooms look like new and what staff we came in contact with were very nice. We were there for only one night and did not see everything but what we did observed would bring us back.
The hot breakfast was not vet good. We preferred to eat out instead of at the hotel
