Super 8 Duluth

Too expensive for the quality of the hotel rooms. No elevator. only one way to get into the rooms

Just one overnight for a conference. Was easy to find, surprisingly nice for the bargain price. Even though it is next to I35 there was no road noise. But like every other hotel in Duluth you will here the occasional ship blasting its horn; just one time at 11 pm when I was there. Super comfy bed and NICE towels

Small but quiet Motel in good location for our stay. They were replacing carpeting but it didn't cause us any problem. Price was average for a Super 8 but it should be a little less for that Motel.

The staff is amazing and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of choices for a continental breakfast. I'm making this my hotel of choice in the future. Very pleasant and comfortable.

Our stay was pleasant friendly staff, clean comfortable room and a great value. Just what we wanted for our weekend.

Pricy based on age & condition of hotel but staff was wonderful!

Pleasant stay in a convenient location. Friendly staff.

The hotel was just fine, not as up to date as some we stay in, but the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and that is what matters most to us. The front desk people were friendly. The location for this trip was ideal and the price was right. We were a bit disappointed that we did not get housekeeping service and that happened I think because we were in the room for about 15 minutes changing clothes when the housekeeper was in the area. They should have returned to do the room. But it wasn't that serious as I got clean towels and the needed kleenex at the front desk.

not a very good room. It was musty and damp. I would try to find a different hotel.

Room was affordable, and worth the price. Hotels in Duluth are a bit pricy. The Super 8 is a room and not much more. Bathrooms are outdated. No pool, no elevator. It is a clean and affordable place to stay.

Room not ready at check-in time. Dirty towels. Rooms were old and tired. Only major plus is location.

My first impression was not good at all. It was very windy weather and rainy. I get to hotel to check in and am told my room has a broken window in it and it will be fixed later by the maintenance worker. I asked for another room and was told "no, we're booked!" So I tell my wife and we decided not to be down about it and check it out. Well it was so windy and the room was cold and wet and now also very noisy. The room was also a smoked in room. We requested a non smoking room. We are both ex smokers and the smell of smoke not so big a deal but this room and (the hall way also) smells like an ash tray that has not been emptied for days. I went to the desk to tell them this was not good at all and they are repeating this is all we have and basically told me the nonsmoking room request was not their fault that was they company we booked through. I asked if they would change all linen they agreed but 10 minutes later they found us a non smoking room. During the middle of the night the air conditioner leaked water and dripped all over floor. Night clerk put cover on this but it was wet! Complimentary breakfast was terrible. If it went in a toaster that is what they offered. Will not return to this hotel.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly. Just didn't feel like it was worth the price I paid. Was pnlyin town for a night and wanted a nice place to stay but for at an inexpensive rate. The rooms could use some updating as far as newer bedding and beds. I did like the fact that there was a coffee pot in the room!

My stay was wonderful.I worked during my stay and the staff was really very helpful. I will stay there again when I come to Duluth again.

This hotel was very very dirty!!! The room had an old tv and the heat did not work well. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!

nice place for cheap, rooms look big in the pics online but kinda small but good enough for people on a small budget to stay and a bigger budget to spend on stuff up there. beds are fantastic.. slept like a baby and felt refreshed.. most of the time we were out doing stuff so we didnt mind the small place.. the staff were nice and polite. i would go back again.... the price is really good for the week we were up there.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Motel staff was exceptionally helpful. Clean and quiet. We would use this motel again if we get back to Duluth.

Our first room assignment was to a second floor room that was marked as non-smoking but reeked of smoke as soon as we opened the door. Staff was helpful is quickly switching us to a non-smoking room on the first floor. Second room was smoke free but all the rooms across the hall were smoking rooms. Entrance/exit was filled with a cloud of smoke.

Noise is usually my biggest problem at hotels, but it wasn't a problem at all here. The only downside I saw from this hotel was the smell of stale ashtray throughout the whole building. Wasn't bad like fresh smoke but you could definitely smell it. I would stay here again however, nice, clean, comfortable and cheap!

Kinda noisy, not the best breakfast. Good room overall, clean
