Enjoy our thoughtfully designed luxe suites. We hope to see you soon! Parking Off-street parking is available for purchase behind the building that Security Cameras patrol.     The unit is clean and if you want to be in heart of downtown Duluth it’s there. A lot of homeless around tho. Parking onsite another 25/day adds up. Rated lower bc fine linen doesn’t matter if bed and mattress the worst! Even 2 small flat pilllows horrible. Rent primarily to sleep so this missed the mark.
