Hot tup and sauna wasnt working. Limited staff. Wont stay there again.
Too expensive and TV doesn't even work on arrival; no cable. Only 3 towels although i booked for 4 people.
I liked the staff, who were friendly and helpful. I liked the selection at the breakfast, and I liked the swimming pool. On the downside, the parking lot is a bit awkward, and it is very easy to miss the entrance to the hotel in the dark. People making reservations should make a note if they have any disabilities, as not all floors are accessible. That being said, I would stay here again if I were in the area.

The building was cold and showing signs of significant neglect. The wind flows through the hallways, into rooms, and the pool area from outside doors due to poor design. Decor is cute and well kept though dated. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. Wish they did not allow smoking directly outside of entrance points. Hallways all smelled of weed.
Inexpensive, clean, nice staff. Been here a few times now, will probably be back.
I stayed there for 4 nights and never had any maid service. But, there was enough supplies to get me through those 4 nights.
The road that leads you into the hotel is odd because it’s narrow and frost heaved blacktop to the back of hotel. The staff were very nice and the rooms far nicer than the outside leads on. The hot tub room we had for our honeymoon was a pain though. First it was too cocked and took hours to get up to 94° but never higher. Then it was too hot and we could cool it down without draining it. Other than that it was superb!
The game room, sauna, and hot tub were all closed due to construction which was pretty disappointing, at least the pool was open and it was fine. The room was very outdated, bathroom floor was warped due to water damage. We rented a jacuzzi room, and the quite large, silver electrical box was not particularly attractive hanging on the wall. Continental breakfast was adequate. The room did serve its purpose, sleeping a family of 6 overnight and the staff was very nice. Overall the facilities and room were clean. We’d go again but not a first choice.
There is no insulation between floors. Assigned me a room with kids above. Had to move again to another room. Doors slam. Staff did their best. Knowledgeable about activities in area. Pool was good. Breakfast good.

Overall very friendly staff and good for the price. wish the pool was a bit warmer but breakfast options good:)
It was cheaper and well used. It could use updating as the carpet was worn through, but it was still very clean. The staff (Katy) was very friendly and helpful. :)
