A bit older but clean. Room had a refrigerator. Cookies were a nice touch. Breakfast was nuked eggs and standard out of a box continental offerings. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This motel is not a good value for the cost. Paid over $182 for one night stay. Has no pool. Breakfast area is old and food selection was minimal. Rooms were small. Especially the bathroom.

We had adjoining rooms both of them very comfortable. It worked out well for our family.

Very friendly staff and helped with all our needs. We are from out of state and needed directions to different places and they were so helpful. Probably would have spent a lot of time driving around and getting lost if not for them.

Friendly check in. No airport shuttle. Very nice, comfortable room. Breakfast not great but acceptable.

Room was clean comfortable and price was good. Staff was very professional

Our stay was perfect! Frank G. We would stay here again!

Great location, clean rooms, and comfortable bed. Continental breakfast was surprisingly good.

It was fine for the price. Do your own research for local area places to eat, coffee etc. Hotel staff will not give accurate information.

Great hotel for the price! Would deffinetly stay again.

Hotel was clean, quite at night and hotel staff were polite and knowledgeable of the area.

Hotel location, staff and amenities exceeded the value for the price.

very clean rooms, small bathroom, good breakfast, perfect location.

neat, clean rooms, good location, pantry was available throughout the day

If assigned room 214, decline it and request another one. Just like the auto industry and manufacturers produce lemons, this room is a lemon at this hotel. Sink drains very very slow and makes clicking noise. Waterpik shower head is fused on one setting, unable to adjust. Television automatically dims so dark that you only see silhouettes. During my stay the booking rate reduced $15 less than what I prepaid for the room. I will give this establishment high marks for service effort and free cookies at night (missed the free popcorn).

Had a nice stay while in Duluth although some of the lamps/ plug ins didn't work in the room.

We had such beautiful weather while we were here! We have stayed at this motel before and we liked it, so we thought we'd stay here again. We were not disappointed...the staff are so friendly, the room was comfortable and the free newspaper in the morning is nice.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The room was small, but for the price, there is not much room for complaining. Location is a little out of the way, but reachable.

This was our first stop on a four day move from Michigan to Washington. This is a wonderful hotel with a great staff at check in and in the morning for breakfast. The room was clean, neat, and just what we needed after a long drive. Everything we owned was packed into our car and I felt safe having it in their parking lot. Breakfast was great and got us moving.
