My boyfriend and I stayed here over MEA weekend and when we got into our room there was hair in the bathroom that was not ours. The sheets had a huge stain on it and one of the pillows also had a stain on it. The couch that was in the room was filled with stains and looked disgusting. Very disappointing after we spent $615 for two nights.
The Duluth location was the most expensive AmericInn that I’ve stayed in (by about 3x the price), and the facility was in the worst condition of any AmericInn that I’ve ever stayed in. The beds and pillows were lumpy. The fridge and microwave were inside the closet, plugged into a surge protector that was just hanging there. The bathroom had stains in the sink and tub. The breakfast was gross with very limited options. Definitely not worth $325 per night.
Excellent pet area
Facility was mostly pretty clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was adequately stocked w/ supplies and clean. The physical condition of the room was just average - large part of the ceiling had obvious water damage at some point. Grout in bathroom was unfinished and or deteriorating in a number of spots.
Location of hotel is great. Close to stores, restaurants, and the mall. Where the hotel lacked was cleanliness. We had mold in our bathroom, the sheets/pillow cases were stained, and marijuana residue in the bedside table. This was suppose to be a non-smoking room but I assume they don’t enforce it.
Was nice, convenient to shopping. Staff was courteous.
