Excellent in all aspects except the WI Fi, Best location, excellent interior, excellent breakfast, excellent service, friendly staff, but no swimming pool, wi-Fi is very slow and unstable even if you go to high-speed option which is chargeable

I am a senior traveller and recently I was fortunate to return to Germany from Australia and was abe to again stay at this magnificient hotel where I had actually stayed 55 years ago. What an absolute delight in every facet of its operation - from the welcoming charm and professionalism of Suzanne at the front desk, Faisel who was always so attentive, the bar and restaurant staff (as well as the excellent food) and all who made my stay so memorable. A business is made of many individual parts and they must all work together to make everyone satisfied. The ParkHotel satisfies the client with its premier location to the AltStadt, to the modern shopping, the relaxing park and both private and public transport as well as the years of experience in the hospitality industry. Well done Steigenberger ParkHotel! I only hope I can again visit Dusseldorf and enjoy your hospitality.

This is a super hotel with everything you need! For the hotel: please clean the doors of the balconies and the windows of the suites often, since there are a lot of spiders dead and alive hanging there.

This was my second visit to Dusseldorf and for business as well. Styed for 2 nights and we had an event as well at the hotel. Had lovely check-in and the room was good and stylish. The hotel staff was helpful. I tried the breakfast and drinks at the lobby and both was great. Great location and very close to the main city attractions. Free Wi-Fi is available as well. The hotel is old by the management maintained it in very good condition.

I am very disappointed about the overall experience, but most of all about the extra charge for the room. There was no extractor in the bathroom, the shades did not close tightly allowing light to come in, and the air conditioning could not be adjusted properly. In 2 of the 5 days we stayed, only one elevator was available. The internet was very slow, and several times we had to ask for help in order to connect.

the hotel is located in perfect place on the border of the parc, and in the center of the city. perfect view, kindly personal, very rich breackfast. i'l defenitly be bach with my children. the will like it too.

The Park Hotel is a Rheinland classic. It is close to the Rhine, the Opera, the Tonhalle concert hall, the Theatre. It is also close to the old city, the art museums, the academy of fine arts and associated Ratinger Str restaurant, the Fuechschen. Other nearby restaurant favorites are the Schiffchen, the Uerige and the Goldene Kessel. Tired of taxis? The tram station Heinrich Heine Allee in front of the Park Hotel will give you access to the rest of North Rhine Westphalia. The world has changed around the Park Hotel and it has adapted successfully. Yet, as a personal and minor point, one may still be nostalgic about the old Park Hotel lobby reflecting the tastes of the industrial barrons of Rhine and Ruhr.

Really great location in the centre of Dusseldorf and close to the Altstadt and Great Shopping Areas. The service was friendly and really good and nothing was an issue at all. Breakfast Buffet was great as you would expect in a big German Hotel. The bedroom and the bed were really small and very disappointing. The bed had a tiny duvet which was not changed at all during the stay. Still worth a visit

Best location if you are on bussiness trip or shopping tour. Excellent bed and pillows, good breakfast and perfect service in reception. The porters are very polite and taking care of clients in a great way.

The douche was very hot and very cold, not consistent. There was no interest by the host (by checking out) about our stay. And because of the thick plastic covers over the matrasses, sleeping was very sweaty. We had breakfast in the room, but for 32 euro per person do you expect a lot more, then we get.
