We were on a Euro tour with the group and this was the hotel I found very spacious and clean amongst all the hotels we have stayed. If you are on a short trip or might be business, this is a 3-star hotel with 5 class service. Good job to the team!

€280 for a room .. which had nothing, but nothing special, actually it's former ibis standard and not Novotel. Carpet in the corridors of the rooms are dirty, rooms are sadly old. Even whilst trade show period this is not worth its money.

Have only stayed here on business and it is a good, clean, quick hotel; small plus they give you plenty of pillows. There are several restaurants within walking distance, Tram stop right next to it, taxis permanently wait outside and about €25 from the airport. The breakfast is good with a decent variety, the dinner buffet is also fair and a fairly decent sized lobby bar though they only have one server at times so service could be slow. My only negative is that they have a gym, albeit small, but it's only open from 7am onwards, which business hotel has a gym that opens so late?

Our stay was a nightmare!!! Checked in, the hotel room smelled like tobacco, we changed rooms without any help and two toddlers and 4 pieces of luggage. First night was ok. Second night, the room was not cleaned, according to hotel there was a do not disturbe sign (not true). At 11.30pm air condition stopped working, they offered to change our room but no help to move, we declined as we are traveling with two kids and we were told that the next day a technician would stop by and fix it, not true. Following day filled complaint again and were treated as we did not know how to use an a/c and their big solution, put a fan in the room were my 1 year old could easily stick his fingers in and injure himself. The staff did not help at all, we are still waiting to speak to the general manager. Highlight of our stay, leaving!!! For almost 200 euros a night I would think this hotel could be a little more accommodating and hold certain comfort standards that clearly this location does not meet. Also, it’s located in the middle of nowhere, carpets in corridors are filthy and stained. Room service extremely expensive... a cesar salad costs 16 euros. AVOID THSI HOTEL!!!

Spent two night at Novotel am Seestern in Düsseldorf and cannot complain. Relatively high standards and a helpful staff. Comfortable room (501) with everything you need except maybe an ironing board. Would have preferred to have my towels changed, and also a keycard that didnt demagnetize 3 times... Otherwise a great hotel in my opinion.

Comfortable business hotel. Limited menu, especially for my vegan collegue- soup and pasta. Good location. Watch out for the rip off taxi from the airport. One was €25, while another was €35 for the same trip!

Very good location for visitors of the Exhibition Center. Parking is easy to achive and the breakfast is well-served. Rooms are equipped with all the necessary, calm and clean. The reception servise was a little bit slow, however we could solve all the problems.

we stay there for one night and everything was ok. We arrived at midnight. the person i had at the phone at 21.00 was very friendly and tell us everything was ok that we arrive late but as we arrived the person at the reception was very unpleasant. But for the rest everything was ok

Every year we spend at least 10 — 14 days at this hotel. Due to old habits we feel at home here. The staff is mostly nice and professional, the food is good and the pricng is what you expect of a 4 Star hotel. However, every year i can see the house deteriorating further. The carpets in the passages are looking shabbier every year, the coffee cups in the room were replaced with paper cups...hmmm. And if you bump into the General Manager in the parking garage, he will not even greet you... In the last 8 years we have spent probably 120 days in this place. Nobody knows my name, nobody puts a welcome drink in my room, nobody rewards my loyalty in any form. Sad.

The hotel is well located and of high standard. Breakfast was also very rich and of great quality. Parking was also quite easy nearby the hotel in most times. Overall a good hotel, would highly recommend.
