Room was clean and mostly up to todays standards, bed was good, the bathroom was ok but I prefer a shower with lots of space instead of a Bath tub. Balcony was a nice plus to have also as it gave a nice view over the city. Downside, room was just too hot and although the door to balcony could be opened it was still an inconvenience that it was so very hot. After I closed the door it was hot again quickly after. Airco only was blowing hot air which was a shame. Turned it off after trying nearly every option. But still a breeze of warm air was slowly pooring in. For me it is one of the worst things in a hotel as it can prevent you from having a good nights rest. Cannot say if it was only my room or all the rooms, but I would not quickly repeat my stay unless no good other alternatives exist. Plus side it was not expensive.
It offers always good service and room space. It is perfect cleaned room, and ful fill a waste goods. Only Single size bed is unconfirtable. I always request double or queen size bed. And breakfast is so nice! Various bread, cheeze, ham, yogrut and egg dishes.
I had a first class room and except bar included I did not see anything plus. The breakfast were not included in room price. The choice in breakfast were very good and make satisfied anyone. Good for business, not for family holiday.
I know the rates go up during the trade shows but the quality should match up. The rooms were average. In the bathroom sink the water would not drain at all.. it took quite a few mins. The breakfast was not included although we paid over 350 dollars a night. Even coffee was over $3. The least they could do was free coffee. The bed is so small and does not allow two beds to be joined as they are separated by a big desk. I do want to say the customer service was really good. I will certainly look for other options before I pick this hotel next time.
Stayed with my colleagues during Prowein fair. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Tiny Bathroom, seemed a bit old. Beds were a bit small as well but comfortable mattresses. Great breakfast! Good location.
I am writing this review to express my thanks to the staff of The Linder Congress Hotel Dusseldorf. I was due to arrive here on Thursday from Dublin Ireland but unfortunately due to red alert weather storms in Ireland, my flight was cancelled last minute and I was unable to travel to The Rhein Golf Show. I was very dissapointed to say the least but that is nature. The Hotel were very accommodating with this problem and having prepaid for my visit I could have been down a lot of money. Thankfully the management team ensured this was not the case and I am extremely grateful for their excellent service to accomodate me in this manner. I cannot wait to visit this hotel in the future and thank you again for your brilliant service!
The hotel is new, modern with yatch theme. The room was super clean with fast internet connection. Even though not located in the city centre, it only took 5 minutes to walk to the train station and takes about 8 stops or 15 minutes to city centre. Check in was super fast and can be access by online check in and machine to get our own designated room key. This is super fantastic and fast. Most of all the room rate is very good for the value. i would recommend this hotel to friends who visit Dusseldorf.
Nice and good hotel. Friendly staff and good rooms. The hotel is not in the city but on the other side of the river. So it's not a perfect hotel if your in town too go shopping or see the sites. For me it's good because the office is close by.
Very close to Messe (+) Taxis waiting 24/7 in front (+) Front desk slow (-) but efficient and professional Nice, clean and comfortable room (++) Great shower (+) Missing the usual bathroom stuff: razor, toothbrush... (-) Big and comfortable bed (+) but with a ridiculously small blanket (---) Gym OK Bar nice but expensive (-) Restaurant just OK and expensive (--)
conference hotel: you expect the standard boring thing, identical to all the others. If you are on those floors that have been recently redone (called "Yacht-floors") you have a very unique fresh and spacious design of your room. quite on a yacht - almost. Sauna is large. beds are great, sleep was undisturbed. Even if you DONT do conferences- even for tourist this can be a peaceful rest.
