The hotel is new, modern with yatch theme. The room was super clean with fast internet connection. Even though not located in the city centre, it only took 5 minutes to walk to the train station and takes about 8 stops or 15 minutes to city centre. Check in was super fast and can be access by online check in and machine to get our own designated room key. This is super fantastic and fast. Most of all the room rate is very good for the value. i would recommend this hotel to friends who visit Dusseldorf.
Nice and good hotel. Friendly staff and good rooms. The hotel is not in the city but on the other side of the river. So it's not a perfect hotel if your in town too go shopping or see the sites. For me it's good because the office is close by.
Very close to Messe (+) Taxis waiting 24/7 in front (+) Front desk slow (-) but efficient and professional Nice, clean and comfortable room (++) Great shower (+) Missing the usual bathroom stuff: razor, toothbrush... (-) Big and comfortable bed (+) but with a ridiculously small blanket (---) Gym OK Bar nice but expensive (-) Restaurant just OK and expensive (--)
conference hotel: you expect the standard boring thing, identical to all the others. If you are on those floors that have been recently redone (called "Yacht-floors") you have a very unique fresh and spacious design of your room. quite on a yacht - almost. Sauna is large. beds are great, sleep was undisturbed. Even if you DONT do conferences- even for tourist this can be a peaceful rest.
This is a business hotel located outside of the city center but with close proximity due to the train stop around the corner. Our room was bright and modern with super comfortable bedding and a spacious bathroom. The weather was cold so we didn’t take advantage of the balcony. Breakfast was included in our rate and was plentiful. As an added bonus parking was free during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
We booked a room for the whole family and it was real good. They had baby beds and folding beds as options for the kids. Facilities were good and clean. Also they had a microwave in order to hear drinks for the baby. Breakfast was amazing, a real German breakfast. Only thing that wasn't good were the croissants. Keep in mind that the parking is quite expensive which impacts the overnight stay. However all and all a good hotel and I will return if needed. Thanks for the nice stay.
Excellent hotel, very comfortable room. Breakfast is fine, plenty of seats in a warm atmosphere. Had a nice time at the bar. Check out took very long, a queu of 10 people. Also the additional fee for parking in the garage should not be charged.
stayed at this property during the medica Fair at dusseldorf. The property is well situated near to the fairgrounds, just a short taxi ride away. The rooms are well appointed and well maintained.the staff is very friendly. The breakfast spread is sumptuous Overall a nice place to stay at dusseldorf. Will repeat.
I stayed the hotel for 5 nights because it's easy to get from the hotel to Medica trade fair at messe dusseldurf . During morning time it's about 15 minutes by taxi. The room was spacious, with old design , and breakfast was perfect. The price per night was extremely high but You'll not find in your room any extra amenities, or free bottles of water. The hotel bar is nice place to meet with friends after work. I would like to thank for the hotel staff for their warm hospitality.
had trouble with the original online booking and had to get in touch directly to find out if I had a booking or not! had to send two emails and waited several days for a response and apology. I then tried without success to upgrade my room online for 10€ per night. Eventually upgraded on arrival but for 15€ per night! Loud drilling began around 07:00h each morning with strange banging noises in the late afternoon but because of the queues at reception I did not complain. Reception staff were unhelpful and disinterested generally and omitted to tell me that the local Ubahn station did not operate on a Sunday! On checking out they tried to charge me for four breakfasts that I had not had and four mini bar items that I had not had! And they were not interested in the noise problem.
