A very cosy hotel with very nice and kind staff. Spacious and nice rooms with beautiful sea view. Many things to do in the resort also not in season. One of the best spa-s I saw in hotels on this areas. Just the breakfast could be better. Wanderful walks to do inside the resort and just few minutes away from Dubrovnik. A very peaceful place.

Everything was nice! I really enjoyed my stay there but I have a few reccommendations regarding the food. Even though I was offered a vegetarian menu for dinner, the open buffet breakfast lacked vegetarian options, not to mention catering for other dietary intolerances..even the vegetables or potatoes served for breakfast had some tiny pieces of meat or smelled like it! Please, kindly accept my reccommendation and try to be more careful with the food options you provide. Everything is super great so it's a shame not to provide the same standards when it comes to food as well.

First of all i have to admit that this is trully one of the best hotel in Dubrovnik. The rooms and appartments and clean, modern interior and in good condition. The buffet breakfast and dinner offer great choice, but dont expect 20 or more dishes but only handpicked gems, which are trully great. Why it got only 3 stars is because of the wellness. For such a hotel and standard it offers, you would expect top notch wellness experience, but it is far from a good one. Personel should do a lot more on cleaning and education of the guest what savna actually is. It is a shame!

We booked a weekend vacation and got an upgrade to a deluxe suite, the suite was spotlessly clean, beautiful and very spacious. The hotel staff is very helpful, especially the Origano restaurant staff who made special meals for our baby girl who has allergies. The spa area and the pool are also clean and beautiful. My only remark is that the water in the pool could have been warmer. We had an amazing, relaxing time. The location of the hotel is perfect and wonderful for seaside walks. We will definitley come again!!

We wanted an active winter break for my family with children age 11,15 & 17 and have found the perfect location. As a family we love Centerparcs but wanted a change from the UK without skiing and a long haul hot destination flight. The Sun Gardens has been the find of the year and we’ve had an amazing time. We stayed in a three bedroom apartment (residence) which had three large rooms, all ensuite plus an extra toilet, lounge, dining area and small kitchen. Loads of room and everything you could possibly want for holoday accommodation. The indoor pool and spa on site were fantastic and treatments were five star and reasonably priced. There was also a sports centre on site with squash, tennis and badminton courts, indoor climbing wall, gym, pool tables, table tennis and fitness classes if you wanted. We ate in the Cilantro restaurant and can honestly say it is the best hotel restaurant we’ve ever eaten in. The food was absolutely delicious and the service from Mile and his team was outstanding, especially the theatre of the Crepe Suzette ! From the initial booking and help from the Concierge, Enisa and throughout the whole stay, we thoroughly recommend this hotel. Not sure what it’s like in the Summer but definitely we’ll be back for a Winter break.

The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the city. It has very nice interior design and the rooms have enough space. The rooms are very clean. We were not in the high season so we expected a better service, the dinner and breakfast were bufet so when something finished no one added extra food for the other. Everything else was very good.

We have been here in shoulder/low season twice... once in January and once in November. We love it, the hotel is amazing, the suites are exceptional and leave nothing to be desired. The staff are so kind, the live music beautiful, the food excellent, and the grounds and indoor pools wonderful for families. Of course the views can't be beat. If you want to treat yourself, come here. The drive to old town Dubrovnik is about 20 minutes with no traffic, taxis run around $30 one way. Sometimes the hotel offers a shuttle service for free (not sure if this is specific to low season) but it's awfully nice if you get to take advantage of it.

Pros: New modern hotel with enough territory, gym and spa. Rooms are spacious with glass wall into big bathroom. Balcony with sunbeds. Nice seaview. Hotel has sand beach and also platform with stairs into the sea. Big free parking area. Stable free Wi-Fi. Big variety of food for breakfast (nothing exceptional though); enjoyed fresh fruits, different yogurts, crepes taste good! Cons: We were not in high season and the hotel was pretty booked but unfortunately only one italian restaurant was working for dinner at the territory (and it was closing at 10.00PM); another opportunity to eat in hotel was lobby bar with rather average food or to go out by taxi to nearest Zaton village. In my room there were a lot of ants... No complimentary still water. No fresh juice for breakfast.

The hotel is a 20 minutes drive away from Dubrovnik. It is directly located at the sea, beach access, big & elegant rooms. Big conference area an very well equipped. Good breakfast. Really nice location.

Returned to this fabulous resort a year later and our concerns of separation from the Radison group were unfounded. The hotel standards are just as good, great service, clean rooms, breathtaking vistas and splendid spa and sport facilities. The day beds on the beach were a welcome addition. World class conference facilities and good variety of food. Daily shuttle buses to the old town were around 80 kuna one way. Thankfully were upgraded to a room on the 5th floor with much better views of the Adriatic Sea and surrounding islands. October is a great time to visit, quiet season with wonderful weather.
