I believe the facility was clean but definitely needs improvement. The pool area was great to the eye but the pool wasn't heated. When the ocean is warmer than the pool it really causes an issue. The pool was ice cold and not enjoyable. The workout room is terribly outdated, the TV didn't work and the weights cater to someone who doesn't lift weights. Further the pool hours and the workout rooms hours of operation were horrible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. At best this hotel is a 3 - 3.5 stars.
