HOTEL STAFF TOLD ME SPA AREA/INDOOR POOL CLOSES AT 20:00 BUT WHEN I WENT TO RETURN A TOWEL TO THE USED TOWELS BIN BY THE OUTDOOR POOL AT 20:30 THE SPA AREA/INDOOR POOL WAS STILL OPEN. HOTEL ACCOMMODATED EARLY CHECK-IN. HEATED BATHROOM FLOOR. DECENT CURRENCY EXCHAGE RATE AT HOTEL FRONT DESK, SLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN LOCAL CURRENCY EXCHANGE HOUSE AND BETTER EXCHANGE RATE THAN ATMS. SCENIC LOCALE BUT SOMEWHAT RUINED BY CIGARETTE SMOKERS IF ONE IS SENSITIVE TO CIGARETTE SMOKE AS PATRONS TO RESTAURANTS/BARS WITH ALFRESCO DINING ARE ALLOWED TO SMOKE AT THEIR TABLES.

NO AMENITIES IN THE SPA LOCKER ROOM OR SHOWERS IN THE SPA. WATER BUCKET FOR THE SAUNA IS BROKEN. ASKED FOR EXTRA HANGERS TO BE PLACED IN THE ROOM PRIOR TO ARRIVAL BUT THERE WERE ONLY NINE. ALSO ASKED FOR EXTRA TOWELS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL BUT NO EXTRA TOWELS WERE PLACED IN THE ROOM. SOME HOTEL STAFF HAVE A SUBLTE ATTITUDE. ONE SUBTLY THREW THE TEA CUP FOR MY TEA ON THE TABLE AT BREAKFAST. ASKED FOR HONEY AND WAS GIVEN MILK. STAYED TOWARDS THE END OF THE TOURIST SEASON WHEN THE HOTEL IS GETTING READY TO CLOSE FOR THE FALL AND WINTER SO THE STAFF ARE PROBABLY BURNED OUT FROM THE TOURIST SEASON. WATER PRESSURE IS BAD AND NON-EXISTENT FOR THE RAIN SHOWERHEAD. NO HOT WATER IN THE SINK WHEN THE WATER IN THE TUB/SHOWER IS RUNNING. THERE IS A GAP BETWEEN THE EDGE OF THE BALCONY AND THE BALCONY RAIL WHICH THINGS CAN FALL THROUGH AND/OR GET LODGED BETWEEN THE GAP. ONE OF THE SECURITY STAFF STOOD BEHIND ME AT THE RESTUARANT WHEN I WAS WAITING FOR SOME ICE TO TAKE UP TO THE ROOM AND IT MADE ME FEEL QUITE UNCOMFORTABLE. GOOD LOCATION. CONVIENT TO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION, SUPERMARKETS AND RESTAURANTS. BEACH ACCESS WITH LOUNGE CHAIRS AND UMBRELLAS. ROOM WAS UPGRADED TO A SEA VIEW. DECENT WI-FI AND NO LIMIT AS TO NUMBER OF DEVICES THAT CAN BE CONNECTED TO WI-FI.

Hotel very nice and modern, great room, spacious, but they gave us a room with a poor view, (disappointed). Location was great and easy to get to the Old Town. wonderful walking path all along the sea. Very good breakfast. Also another wonderful restaurant next to the hotel, great dinners.
