This is a very clean and modern hotel with a quality feel to the rooms and the building in general. Additionally, the hotel's indoor pool and spa is a great option on cooler days or if the weather is not so good. Breakfast offered a great deal of choice and is served until 10:30 which is excellent for those mornings when you don't want to get up too early. After breakfast the dining area becomes the Sphere restaurant which serves a good quality, fixed price two and three course menu throughout the day. This came in especially handy as I was not quite prepared for just how ludicrously expensive Dubrovnik is when it comes to dining out. Yes there are a handful of burger and pizza places that are a little cheaper (but still overpriced) but on the whole, food and drink in the Old Town made me feel like I was paying a bill in Venice or central London. That said, I was there for a week and did not have one bad meal. Some of the food was outstanding! The No6 and No4 bus go from nearby the hotel and take you into town in about 15 minutes and cost around £1.80 per journey, Alternatively the walk is around 45 minutes and in parts, allows you to walk along the cliff tops along the coast. If I was to pick one small area of improvement for the hotel it would be that given that it is very new and can demand a high price per night, I was a little disappointed that the tea and coffee making facilities in the room were just couple of sticks of freeze dried instant coffee and some nasty UHT coffee creamer. Something that in my opinion belongs in a Travel Lodge or the 1990's. I would have quite liked to have been able to make a decent coffee in my room. That small matter aside, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Visited a friend staying here. Had some drinks on the balcony and watched the sun set. Cheap drinks too! Jealous I wasn’t staying there myself!! Very swish. £5 in an uber back to the Old Town where I was staying.

Hotel kompas service was excellent the staff there were very helpful and they surprised me with a cake for my birthday which was so awesome. The view was breathtaking. Overall my stay there was excellent. ❤️❤️❤️

This is a beautiful modern hotel, with an amazing view at the reception level. The staff are friendly. We stayed for 4 nights with 2 young children and the price was very reasonable. It was still too cold for the outdoor pool but our girls enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool (1.35m only with a couple of large steps where they played mostly). Would have been even better if there were more children facilities, kids club, small play area or something for when it was raining. There is a play area outside just by the beach and lots of walking trails, we enjoyed walking around Babin Kuk coastal area on one of the nicer days, about 6 hours :) Easy short walk to bus stop to catch (bus 6) into Old Town. Lots of restaurants and cafes near by, pizza, pasta, Mexican and ice cream shops.

The staff in the hotel are wonderfully helpful and friendly. The location is great - right at the waterfront and close to numerous cafes, restaurants, bars etc. The rooms are modern, clean and well-appointed. A couple of quibbles we had were the air conditioning seemed to be pre-set to hot or nothing. Fortunately it was cool Spring and we slept with the balcony door slightly ajar. The curtains on the balcony door are also not well-placed and we found ourselves tripping over them a couple of times. A quick bus trip to the Old Town makes for great seaside accomodation and accessible tourist attraction (and of course the Old Town is one of the great attractions in the world). Buffet breakfast is very good and again, the friendly staff make a happy start to the day. The top floor cocktail bar is a great place for an after dinner cocktail or a mid-afternoon tea/coffee and cakes. All very reasonably priced, too. Highly recommended.

We stayed three nights in this hotel on the Adriatic. Great view of the bay and sea; clean and spacious room, extensive breakfast buffet; convenient to bus for 15 minute ride to Old Town; numerous restaurants in the area. The hotel was recently renovated so check recent reviews only. Your enter on the 10th level with lobby and bar, rooms are below. The restaurant and bar are on the bottom - sea level with pool and spa a flight above. Turn left to walk the promenade to the bus and restaurants; turn right to follow the walk along the sea.

Been there with my 13 years old son and had the great time. New and friendly hotel with polite and helpful team. 10 minutes bus drive to old Town of Dubrovnik and a lot of things to do around the hotel too

This is a beautiful hotel located right on the water in Dubrovnik. We were lucky enough to get a sea view since we were there early in the season, and our room looked right over the water. The rooms were clean, comfy, and spacious. There is a beautiful outdoor area with direct swimming access to the sea, which we unfortunately couldn't take advantage of because it was too cold (and rainy) in March. It's located a quick bus ride from the old town, which makes it easy enough to get around. I imagine it's even more amazing in the summer when you can really take advantage of the seaside location. I'd definitely stay here again.

Just back from a week in beautiful Dubrovnik staying in this hotel. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, it was fantastic. Spotless, modern, staff so helpful and kind - special mention for Tommi at reception who spent a long time advising us on our driving trip to Mostar, his advice was invaluable. Spa amazing, had massage with Ana. Can't wait to return to this stunning part of the world and this beautiful hotel.

We stayed for three nights. Met up with extended family here. The location is about 15 min to old town by bus or 50 min walk. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and has good range of buffet breakfast. You can request for freshly squeezed juice and late or Americana or if you prefer filtered coffee with milk. There’s also a gym, heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Walking distance to a number of restaurants and very close to the pebble beach.
