Family stay with adult kids. Ate at hotel in evening. Good selection of food and drinks. Gluten free no problem. Helpful staff. Good pool for hiding from sun when it was too hot. Great location. Main sites to visit all walkable. Great for an early start to miss the crowds.
Perfectly located very close to places of interest. Friendly, helpful hotel staff. They added the extra touch to a birthday celebration by providing a beautiful cake. Downside is the parking is expensive. Overall great stay!
This hotel has a beautiful exterior and rooms inside are nicely furnished. Hotel is located very close to Pile gate so access to the old town is very quick and easy. Good quality food at breakfast including sparkling wine. Staff were helpful and prompt in meeting any request. Expensive but location made the cost worthwhile .
We stayed here for four nights. The rooms were immaculately clean and airy. The location is excellent. The service is way and beyond. We needed a car and the concierge arranged this right away without any problem. Would definitely stay here again without a doubt.
Beautiful hotel in the best location. If you are coming to Dubrovnik in July or August, you really should stay here. It is just a very short walk to the old town and believe me, in July or August, you need to be able to get away from the crowds and heat in the old town fast. We would do a morning trip into old town and when the crowds got to be too much, we retreated to our lovely, cool hotel and the executive lounge for cold beverages and snacks. Then we'd do another trip into old town for a museum, etc. and then back to the Hilton for a shower, dress for dinner, and then drinks at the exec. lounge. Be sure to get the wonderful concierges to recommend restaurants and get reservations as soon as you can. We had some amazing dinners thanks to these two gentlemen. They also arranged a day trip to Montenegro with a company that limited the number of passengers to around 20 or so and it was a great, all-day tour with a wonderful young man as tour leader. After these wonderful dinners, back to the Hilton Exec. Lounge to sit on the balcony with the old city beautifully illuminated and talk about our day over a soft drink and snacks. It felt like coming home. Everyone who worked in the Exec. Lounge was friendly and would make conversation if they weren't busy.We had a lovely room in the old building that was quiet and overlooked a small garden area. It was spotless and we received 2 bottles of water each day. Comfy bed and pillows, very nice bathrooms, fantastic breakfasts, a lovely dinner one evening sitting out on the patio, amazingly beautiful views out to sea and of the old town. We HAVE to come back here. You need to come here!
We spent 2 nights in Dubrovnik when it was most crowded with tourists. The Hilton Imperial felt like an oasis away from the crowds. Every night, we sat on the balcony of the Executive Room having drinks and snacks, watching the sunset and meeting people from all over the world. The gym was also very well equipped as was the pool area. The staff was attentive and well informed about the area.
Had an amazing 3 days at this hotel. The location- you can't beat it just outside the old town. The views from the hotel are to die for. Good room sizes with all the amenities that you expect and reliable free internet All the staff we came across were helpful and always with a smile. Especially Martina who is always willing to help with a bright smile on her face that makes your day. Thank you! The breakfast has a huge variety of options , buffet style, incl champagne. And a great way to start the day sitting on the Terrace. The pool is indoors but there is a sun Terrace. If you have access to the executive lounge, the happy hour in the evening comes with some delicious food and great views. Thank you for our stay we will definitely be back. A Calleja.
If you are looking for a 5 star experience look elsewhere. The hotel has a good location however rooms are quite run down and the level of service you expect at most Hilton hotels will not be met. If you are a Gold/Diamond member the level of service is no different. The lounge is ok. Bottom line look for another hotel.
Excellent staff young and not so young, reception, outside bar and room cleaning all worthy of praise. We had a small issue trying to kick our Thomsons rep into doing his job that was identified by the reception staff who ensured our problem was remedied. Really good service and rapore from Patric and Pero and others but not forgetting the management who insisted that despite high level security during a EU conference we were allowed access to all parts of the hotel used by the delegates as Patric stated " of course you can you are our guests and very important to us ". Fantastic room upgraded free of charge with balcony and excellent maid service a really enjoyable stay, well done Hilton Dubrovnik.
Please with location and in particular, balcony views from room and Executive Lounge looking toward Old Town and Adriatic. Easy to go anywhere from hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and provided a made to order eggs chef who produced wonderful light egg white omelets on demand. Slept great as mattress quality was top of the line. Book early as this hotel sells out for all of the above reasons.
