I recently had knee surgery and going upstairs is hard and dangerous if there is no handrail. I disclosed this to the manager who never informed me about the stairs. They were not mentioned on line at all. The apartment was very noisy from people stomping up and down the stairs just outside my door and awakened me several times a night. I asked for fresh towels because of an accident in the bath area and trash removal. It took 2 days for the towels to appear. I took the trash out but only 1 trash bag was brought to me for the rest of my stay. The space was very small and overpricedThe manager did not want to hear from me
