Screaming heat pump outside window
Having booked 3 nights in this place. I ended up sleeping 3 nights on the bedroom floor due to an unbelievably loud pump right outside my bedroom window. I contacted the property agent regarding this issue after the first night. They claim a plumber was sent out to fix the problem. Second night, still the same issue, and again the third night. The sound was unbearable. Not acceptable at all. The agent was aware of this. I would be checking if this issue has been dealt with before you book. A total waste of money. No refund or even part was offered or issued
