AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! They have A BEDBUG INFESTATION at ALL their hotels, so don't let them change your stay to one of their other hotels, like they tried to do with us. We had no idea we had to share a bathroom, either. They are disgusting and should be shut down! Where is the health department???

The location was close to restaurants and shopping. The restaurant attached to the hotel was a big plus. Nice size rooms and comfortable beds. Our room on the third floor was extremely warm though. Even with the window open and the fan going all night , it didn't cool down much. Other than the heat issue, it was a great place to stay. Very helpful and kind staff.

Everything you could want, location was perfection, staff was sweet and helpful, room was beautiful, spacious and very clean! Was 5 star with a 3 star price.

Great Staff and great location to see Dublin. Front desk welcomed us and could not have been nicer as we were super early for check-in. Complimentary hot drinks and clean. Only negatives due to aging of the premises

Great location - within walking distance to main streets and bus lines. Staff accommodating in helping whatever way they can.

Hotel has excellent location, and is overall charming but is quite dated and does not have an elevator. We were there in August during an unusual warm period, in which the our 3rd floor room was quite warm. The shared bathroom was generally not a problem, other than when a family in one room monopolized it for too long (fortunately, the bathroom on the next floor was free). The staff was excellent - very polite and helpful.

This is more of a boutique, no elevator but our room was big. Small shower but comfy big beds. Alex at the front desk was great. He was so helpful on our first day. The evening desk gal went and got us ice for a small injury. Very kind. You may wanna ask about concerts in summer. If your windows are open you can hear the concert and the crowd. Fun if you like the music but not, if your tired and wanna sleep.

If you are looking for a small, friendly hotel very close to the city center, Trinity College, museums, and parks and convenient to bus lines, stay at the Kildare Street Hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We did not need an elevator, but that could be a problem for some guests. The staff were very willing to carry baggage to help address the lack of elevator. The staff were also friendly and knowledgeable in answering our many questions.

Very nice hotel located across the street from Temple College. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was fine. The bed and shower were perfect. The continental breakfast bag was a great grab and go feature in the morning. Thank you.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is its location. Otherwise it is dirty, hot, noisy, and the beds were dreadful. I haven't slept somewhere you could actually feel the coils digging into your ribs in decades. The staff was unorganized and confused. This hotel is a glorified hostel charging like it's a real hotel. Save your money!

Was not in room much, but it was just what we needed!! Nice

Dear guest, What a fantastic feedback! Thank you for taking the time to leave this rating of our property. We are delighted to hear that you found the location to be convenient for all your plans in the city. It is great to hear that you found the bed to be comfortable and enjoyed the Restaurant . Unfortunately Dublin is currently affected by a heat wave, we are sorry it was not possible to provide a better solution. It was our absolute pleasure looking after you this time, we do hope to get the opportunity to welcome you back to us again soon. Kind regards,
