Room was nice but a bit small. You open the door and the bed is right there.

The bistro was good and our room was clean with a large bathroom and comfortable bed. The distance from Dublin City center is pretty far however there is convenient transit. The facility decor is a bit worn and dated.

Very nice hotel, has a retro feel to it mixed with modern. It was perfect for what we needed!

This hotel is very nice in many ways. However, when we arrived at 4;00 our room was not ready (we had a 3:00 check in time). After twenty hours of flying, the very rude American reception clerk told us we could explore the city and leave our bags. Really? We were offered no apologies. There is no one in reception to help with bags. Two young men continued talking with reception while they watched us struggle to carry bags up the stairs to reception. Also, there was a very loud concert going on downstairs, it felt as if it was in our room. The band sounded great, so if you're into the live music, it would be a great place to stay. We were just too tired to enjoy. The rest of the staff was quite lovely and helpful. The hotel is well decorated and clean. It is in a great part of the city (just outside of downtown). I would reccomend this hotel during the weekdays when there is not loud music when was is trying to sleep. I hope mangement does something about the rude girl in reception. First impressions are so important in hospitality.
