We like customer service staff. The food at the Buffet is really good, especially vegetables are very fresh. It’s very convenient, just a walking distance through along inside the hotel to the V hotel where the Le Perle show performed.

Lovely hotel in general, but with what is available in Dubai, and the many issues faced in this hotel, that can very easily be corrected, it was unfortunately not the greatest experience. Firstly, the hotel in general is very nice, we booked 2 premium suites,

New hotel with welcoming lobby . It gals at the details and basic facilities . Example , no business center at hotel and require use of W center. Bed is too hard, room cleaning is very poor with . The hotel is also difficult to access due to highway across and construction around the area .
The buffet restaurant had the best tasting food in the world. It's all good, book the room, just do it!
el hotel excelente y muy buenas instalaciopnes. la ubicacion es lejos del centro pero tiene acceso al tren y taxis todo el tiempo/. fue confusa mi reserva por que al verla online me dio la impresion de que eran 2 habitaciones con 3 camas; una king y dos queen. pero al llegar al hotel; la resrva era por 4 habitaciones separadas. tuve casi 1 hora en el check in. y casi tengo que pagar una habitacion extra por que no me sabian explicar. hasta que el supervisor me ayudo y aclaro el asunto.
