The service was excellent but we had to change rooms dues to a mild smell. They were very kind to upgrade up to a suite. In the suite the living area still had a mild smell when the AC was on but the bedroom was fine. Also there was no clothing storage beside a small clset with 5 hangers. We stayed for 7 days with two ppl so there were constantly clothes everywhere. Also do Ni g at the hotel was way to expensive.

Cleaness and hospitality, but even much more. Close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, this Hotel has all you need: great food, amazing staff and beautiful design. Details make the difference! Very suggested.

Very good location when intending to go to Burj Khalifa or Dubai Mall. Some rooms offer partly Burj view. However the Bar located at the pool deck may be loud if you have a room on a lower level. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff.

Booked an Executive non smoking room with lounge access, on arrival was offered a smoking room which we declined. After a wait at check in they got us a non smoking room as booked, went to the lounge and found it has been changed into a meeting room, so paid for a lounge access room but now there is no lounge. Stay was for 4 nights and after several requests at the front desk to have the mini bar replenished with no action I had to speak to the duty manager to get any response. Four night stay with mini bar only replenished the once after speaking to the manager. Would not stay at this hotel again. Orbitz sent what appeared to be an automated email response saying that the hotel would contact me to deal with the issues we had but no response from the hotel or Orbitz regarding not getting the room and facilities we paid for. Disappointed to say the least.

The price of the hotel is reasonable if you compare with other 5 starts hotel around. There is construction next the hotel (next the pool), so sometimes it is annoying to hear all those voices. Spa is nice and comfortable. The thing that I didn't like abou the hotel was the front desk. They are not smiley, and not kind. They are acting like you have to stay in this hotel and there is no hotel around. Also there is no Burj Khalifa view from the hotel because there is another big building in front of the hotel, you can only see small part of it which is not worth to pay extra to be disappointed. So if they front desk ask you to upgrade, just avoid it.

Great hotel location as one can walk to the Burg Kalifah and Dubai Mall in 10-15 min if you dont mind the heat. Great food and amenties (gym and pool), very friendly staff, and exceptionally beautiful and clean rooms. The wifi was a bit slow some days but it wasn't really a big deal. However, I would recommend they get a bit more selling points/deals for tourists in their travel section. They didnt seem to have much "to-do's" to show/sell the first time visitor as a convenience. I went to Dubai mall which has better tourists planning with much more "to-do's" events.

Took my wife for her birthday and the Hotel was super clean and staff very nice and helpful! We loved the spa treatment as well as the little German restaurant/bakery inside. Rooms were nice and quaint. We would definitely recommend it and will come back again!

Very nice hotel , quiet rooms with good wifi. Great food choices and walking distance to The Dubai Mall.

poor service
