Very reasonable price for what you get, however the advertising on various websites is confusing and very misleading, stayed in one bed apartment with balcony city views, this was not a balcony, you could just stand on it and the door would not even fully open onto it. Very difficult to establish what room type you are getting from the website. Apartment; very nice, spacious, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster and microwave. Hob didn’t work very well, and not hot water in the kitchen. Limited utensils. Pool/sunbathing; one of the reasons for 3stars- the pool was not cleaned once, dirty, grimy and not very inviting at all. I would actually describe as disgusting/unpleasant. Small but what you would expect. Not many sun loungers however there are nice private areas which can be used around the rooftop( one looking over the marina) and gets sun most of the day, unlike many surrounding hotels. Location was fantastic, 15/20 walk to beach/main bars and restaurants. Just opposite and large food store! Brilliant Service could of been improved on occasions, reception staff- asked for a few things that were not delivered at pace. Overall, although 3 stars would highly recommend for price and if they clean the pool.
Great suit, very clean & amazing view at night. Having a kitchen is a great advantage, opposite of the building there is a market opens for 7/24 hrs. Quite large rooms, white walls make the room light-well.
It is really a nice hotel. The location is just perfect. The cleanliness is great. The staff are helpful whenever you want any thing. The closeness to Dubai Marina & Masjid & to JBR makes this hotel one of the best to stay in during visiting Dubai
It's my 3rd visit to Jannah Marina Bay Suites and it feels like a home from home. The staff are very respectful and professional. I would especially like to thank Ayoub for our upgrade, this made our holiday complete. The suite was beautiful and very spacious and the view of the Marina was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchenette had everything to make breakfast or a light meal with a full-sized fridge-freezer, washing machine, pots, pans and enough cutlery & crockery. There are some very nice restaurants nearby especially the Indian and Moroccan restaurants. Copi in housekeeping did an excellent job. Whatever extras were needed he saw to it and made our stay particularly comfortable and welcoming. There is a 24/7 supermarket directly opposite and I can highly recommend these apartments.
The location of this hotel is it's biggest selling point. Great Marina views and direct access to the marina walk. Breakfast was decent and room and amenities were good. Only negative i felt was the welcome we received which was not very warm.
My stay at jannah was nice.the staffs where lovely mostlty the black lady at breakfast feza she was really so kind and helpful she always had a smile on her face.the rooms were so clean i was so pleased
The rooms were nice and had an easy to work A/C system. However the bathroom was really small and the door opened into the bathroom which made it even smaller. The cleaner was nice and patient and done a good job. The breakfast left a lot to be desired as some dishes would be close to cold. The bathroom ran out of body wash the first day and wasn’t replaced during my stay. There was a guy in the lobby trying to sell my family and I excursions for “discounted” prices but upon our own research these prices were in fact triple the price on websites. Upon arrival there was a situation where we were given a room too small for the group size although our documents said we would be given a family room. They eventually swapped our room to a bigger room so it worked out in the end. However, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.
Great stay clean room, excellent beds i recommended to all my friends, great location close to marina walk, jbr beach,I would like to thank mr sherif for his worm welcome and for his smile, definitely my stay will always be with you.
Please don't be deceived by the star rating . This is at best a 2 star hotel. Deposit required upon check in. Mould in bathroom. Unable to assit with requirements for additional sleeping arrangements which we had booked. Staff didnt care there were 3 people in one bed. Only good thing is there is a 24 hour supermarket opposite. I would not recommend this hotel. Booked 2 rooms from 4-10 April. 104 & 108
Arrived on Sunday 24th March late evening. Check in was fairly straightforward and swift but nowhere to get even a snack from, ended up with a packet of crisps from shop across the road. Room was spotless, but bathroom although clean definitely needs attention. Shower curtain needs replacing - full of red mildew so not washed or replaced for quite sometime, shower rail bracket was broken and the grouting and sealant needs looking at. Next came breakfast...…...200 yards away from hotel in a very sub standard establishment. The place itself needs refurbishing. The roof leaked and my husband got soaked on the day it rained and the lights in part of said roof either broken or hanging out. The decorative fret work panels on the walls were broken bashed and hanging off. It was generally grotty. None of the supposed hot food was hot it was tepid at very best. The lights that should have been lit under the chafing dishes to keep food warm were not. There was mashed potato in one (who the hell has mash for breakfast??), there was what looked like the day before left over chips mixed with cut up sausages and chicken nuggets and an array of equally un appetising mixes. The Danish pastries weren't bakery fresh each morning as they were soggy and tough. There was no fresh fruit only a bowl of chopped up apple in orange juice with a bit of orange thrown in. There was an awful lot of salad and processed meats which are not my idea of breakfast with no option of anything freshly cooked ie omelettes etc. and LOTS of flies. After staying at the Marriott Marquis in Business Bay, some 8 months previous for a LOT LOT less with breakfast included was very disappointed, especially as when walking to the greasy spoon there is advertising for the hotel and its unrivalled 5 star accommodation and service. The hotel is on the Marina which is a plus but the pool is microscopic with only room for half a dozen loungers and not all rooms get a Marina view or balcony, we had to hang out of the window to see the water. I would only consider ever staying there again if they sorted the food aspect out. Five star service it was not. They should have it on the premises and also be able to offer some form of snack services. I appreciate it is a "dry" hotel which wasn't an issue at all, but not even to be able to get a soft drink or a sandwich is not on. Paid a luxury price for an average stay.
