great location clean place good staff fare price I'm surely coming back

I was on business with a group of 8, but also joined by family. Although rate of USD116 was reasonable, the upgrade (cost USD 80) for Internet and breakfast is essential. That made it less attractive. Lobby good for meetings. Room is clean and more than adequate. Rayhaan Club facilities are meagre – not as good as Hilton and other 5 star leisure and business hotels. Apart from tea/coffee soft drinks, pitta/humus and cake, there is very little in terms of savoury food. This is ‘dry’ hotel, so no real cocktail hour. Breakfast is average. Not enough variety on fruit. Overall, the Service is very good. Despite an awkward valet who told me to reverse 5 yards before he would take the car and that he didn’t realise I was for hotel, the check-in with Arni was excellent. He was polite, welcoming with a smile and upsold me the Rayhaan Club. Irene manager of club lounge is a great host. Others focussed on procedure first and customer second. If I need a BUSINESS hotel, in Deira and got a decent rate, will come back because the 'customer experience' not necessarily the hotel and facilities.
