Excellent location and great service. Staff were very respectful. One of the on-site restaurant was closed for renovation which was a bit disappointing. But overall a great property.

This is my first ever bad review. I am not one to complaint. But i decided to save the best for last with this hotel. i am so glad i did otherwise it would have ruined my 2 week Dubai trip.. The rooms need help. Pay your employee a little better and maybe then they will do a better Job. Considering what i paid for this hotel i expected to be floored!!! Maybe my expectations were just to High. Sorry Palace. Wont ever come back or recommend anyone to come back.

Good location with some rooms providing view of burj Khalifa. Service is good a bd staff is helpful. Rooms are comfortable to provide good night sleep.
The hotel was beautiful! It's in a great location in the heart of m downtown. There is plenty of places near it to shop or eat. You can walk to the Dubai mall through the souk al bahar. Which is connected to the hotel. If I ever came back I would definitely stay here again!
