Nice place to stay with family. Very spacious rooms. Bed very large. Nice location to the city. Very close to the port , zoo and mina bazaar. Nice resturantwirh good breakfast. Good facilities for travel desk .

The room was spacious and comfortable, the restaurant and cafeteria in the hotel had delicious Indian based food, fresh ingredients, and the breakfast menu offered a diverse selection of vegetarian and meat based items - and oh the pastries! The staff were pleasant, helpful and seemed to enjoy working there. The location was important to us, close to the port and downtown city center - we enjoyed walking the waterfront at the Creek, taking a Dhow cruise and going through several souks; Gold Souk and two old Markets did not disappoint.

a truly unique experience, I booked this Hotel because my connecting flight wast for another day. I went in with the motto 'reasonable' in my head. so after a few search engines later I elected to book the Country Club, to be fair with a name like that i was expecting more Chelsea flower show then Nelson Mandela house. It had 3 club/bars each accommodating the multicultural phenomenon that is Dubai. First thing you need to remember is that not everyone from Dubai is actually from Dubai. The hotel hosted a western club, Arab/Asian club and a sport bar equipped with pool table. To be fair all three bars were busy and reception is located quite inconveniently in the middle. The guys from reception were very helpful and seemed like fun people, the restaurant is located opposite reception and I tried 3 different dish's at three different times and each one better then the first. So food wise 4/5. Decor of the room is simple, king-size bed, desk, chair, and so on, sheets were clean. The view from the room was another wall from i remember. I would describe it as a place with 10 identities a all in one for the average party goer. Would visit again.

Not sure how they claim to be a 4 star property, they shouldn't get even a 3 star certification. Not a satisfactory stay at all.... I didn't have very high expectations already but it was even more disappointing... Lobby on the second floor had foul smell of smoking, washroom door was difficult to close and if you try doing it, ceiling will make shattering sound. Rooms were spacious but not properly cleaned, house keeping staff don't find it necessary to change your towels and provide toiletries on a daily basis, you may have to ask for it. Service was slow and poor, in case you need water they will remind you multiple times that additional bottle of water is chargeable and forget about it in case you trying to ask for the same at night. Our room didn't have iron and iron-board.... when we asked, we were told that all the iron boards had been provided to guests.... we were shocked and asked, what were we, did we not fall in their category of "guests", still the guy at the other end responded that he would provide but can not commit. I wonder how can anyone respond like this that too in a supposedly 4 star hotel for something that should have been in the room already.... Wi-Fi wasn't working for most of our stay and even when it worked it was damn slow. Restaurant is very small with hardly 7-8 tables and it will be difficult to find a place at the time of breakfast. Food is ok but service is very slow.... Bars and pubs at the ground floor make it look shady at night. Won't recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Our first impression of the Country Club Hotel was an old dated 4* hotel and not what we expected or what was advertised. We are time-share members and usually receive 5* accommodation. We arrived 6am at the Country Club Hotel - check-in was 12pm. We were told to wait in the lobby until a room became available. Front desk staff upon arrival was pleasant but soon became impatient when upon 3 occasions we asked about room availability as we saw people were checking-out. We were told to move from the front of the lobby to the rear. Finally a room became available at 11.45am on the top floor (3rd) - the room was clean but with old dated furnishing. Our first night was awful - there are 4 night clubs on the ground floor of the hotel and the noise was unbearable up to 3am. There is a building site to the right of the hotel with construction throughout the night, a hospital left of the hotel and a motorway in front. Our second night was worse, when we arrived from a day out (10pm) there were people arriving for the clubs and as we walked through the lobby to the lifts to the rear, the hotel appeared very 'seedy' with bouncers at each club door. We looked into each club, one was karaoke, another had a smoking area with a band playing, but the worst club (rear) had only men with women dancing on the stage - which gave it a lap-dancing atmosphere for men only. The following morning we sent a complaint email to our time-share operator which was passed on to the Hotel front desk manager, who called and asked why we were unhappy. We complained to the manager about the noise and seedy atmosphere. We were moved immediately to the front of the hotel on the 3rd floor, which I don't believe would make any difference to the noise. We then received a telephone call from our time-share operator and requested to be moved immediately to another hotel. We were moved within 30 minutes. We would not recommend this hotel to families particularly with young children. The hotel caters for people of Indian & Asian nationality. We would not recommend this hotel to friends or relatives. We did not eat as the cuisine was Asian food only. The bars and lounge were in each of the clubs. The swimming pool and spa were not available. Wifi was very poor. If you wish for a quiet hotel with on-site restaurants offering different cuisines, swimming pool, spa and small kitchenettes in your rooms - THIS IS NOT THE HOTEL FOR YOU.

I visited the hotel couple of days before with my family. I booked a executive suite for us informing the hotel that I have 2 kids. They were suppose to give me a sofa cum bed but they gave a sofa to lay on.... I requested them, then they gave a single mattress bed in which the springs were uttering out. Couldn't sleep on it. Where as the staff was very good and helfull. Sply MISS IMEE. breasfast was good indian. Nandan parvin, the guys at the restaurant were very helfull. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone if they give this type of ill facility

The staff was so friendly specialy Mr. paulo and Mr. Mahmoud. The rooms was clean. Tough the weather was cold in March but pool was not so hot and we couldnt swim right. The breakfast was compeletely for Indian and Pakistanies people and we dislike the breakfast. A good bonus was a cafeteria behind the hotel that we could eat delicious sandwiches and juices. The clubs was not bad but so loud. Totaly this hotel is suitable for Indians and not recommended for People above 40 years old.

Me and my family spent 5 days in Dubai and stay 4 days in Country Club Hotel. We feel nice during our stay. Excellent Food and Clean and safe rooms. The location is so accessible easily. Thanks for the South Indian B'fast. Staff in the Lobby, Restaurants and the support services are so nice and polite.

It's a little warm down and tacky Missing proper maintanence my car that should have picked me up at the hotel was left The security deposit box in the room is not fastened to the wall so anyone can take it under the arm and walk away with it As I said just a hotel

The location is excellent. It is on the Sheikh Rashid Road, one of the main streets in a very convenient location in Bur Dubai. It is easy to pick Taxi from here. The travel desk is excellent in hospitality, providing information and advice in the interest of the client. I would really like to thank Mr. Sajeev Pillai, Travel desk and Mr.Suresh in the Quoreshi restaurant. The breakfast can be better in Indian choices. For eg, they provide either Idli only, Semi bhath only, Uttappam only. They can add one more dish like Vada, Paratha, poori etc. The restaurant is also good in taste and service. Rooms are quite good, very big and kids enjoy.
