The service was outstanding!! Truly first class. Our room attendant Shabesh was professional and so kind, and both Cindy and Nishan, and all the other staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

No major isses. Staff try very hard to make the stay enjoyable. Japanese restaurant does not have Japanese chefs. Consequently the food quality and cooking are not 5 star. Beef at Tepayaki BBQ was tough, the cooking style and method was not like any Japanese restaurant I've ever been to.. Buffet food was very boring and I did not see or hear any great comments from other diners. Bristish bar a big let down, food quality and portion size a big let down. My room was great although it would be nice to be able to watch premiere new movies and not OSN movies. Pool area was very nice but kids were very loud, I'm family friendly but I also like my down time. Pool bar lacking atmosphere. View from my room had creek view which was outstanding, my tip is pay the extra and go for the creek view. Overall great hotel accommodation but food quality was a let down so dine out elsewhere. I'd stay again as location and accommodation and staff were great but I'll hope for a better dining experience.
