Check in was quick and easy, room was clean and relatively bot bad in size , but the rooms lack a theme and hotel is boring overall, bed was clean but not comfortable as you would expect in a 4 star hotel. Tv channels are super boring , my view is neutral about this hotel , if you got a good deal go for it , if it is not such a good deal the. Search some where else
The hotel is confy. Staff is good and they do not request information about the relationship between the people sahring the room which is nice. The bad thing is that there is a Mosque behind that wakes you up at 4AM and 5AM when it is prayer time. The room is good and clean. The bathroom is very nice. The restaurants are not that good but there is plenty of choices around. Mall of The Emirates is in a walking distance in winter, do not try to walk in summer or you will get all sweat there. From the Mall you can take the metro to the most important places in Dubai. I would recommend it and I'd stay there again, with a room opposite to the Mosque of course.
It was good experience, hotel was very close to Mall of Emirates and metro is available to go to other locations from mall of Emirates. Hotel provided complimentary wifi in room as well as lobby.room refrigerator and iron was available.
The hotel has clean rooms, and good service with prompt and courteous staff. The amenities available are basic: Coffee/Tea in room, refrigerator and safe locker, microwave. They only keep two big towels in the bathroom. No free Wi-Fi but were lucky to get it complimentary as our room was not ready at 2 PM (Check in time). Breakfast is not free and will cost you at least AED 65 (USD 17). The portions are large so go for a la carte and save.
Stayed there for almost 2 weeks Staff is great .. Gave me free wifi Had problem with my room they changed it to better room . I am Very happy and will always stay there whenever i ll visit dubai
There was an issue getting my room initially but after I got the room everything was great and the staff was very helpful . This s a good hotel
This hotel is not within walking distance to the MOE or metro, or anywhere really. You must take a taxi everywhere. Good: Room service food was great Room was clean and updated decor Nice bar with good music on ground floor Bad: Manager called daily and harassed us about paying the room service costs. (Clearly we would prefer to pay all together during checkout) Bed was HARD and uncomfortable Cheap bed linens Staff did not make you feel welcome. They make you feel like they do not want people from different cultures there.
