Staff was very respectful. I was treated with dignity and respect

Expect to be treated like a daily asset not as a guest. USLESS front desk manager. Rooms need a major renovation especially the bathrooms. Employees need to use the service elevator or be more polite when guest around in an enclosed area as such, and please someone allow them to shower and wash the uniforms in the hotel. The BO was unbearable….

SHAKER and MR. JOHNSON the security officer was always so supportive, friendly, and very respectful not to forget attentive. My birthday trip began very horrifically with the room and receptionist but these men went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I would also want to thank Shaker for arranging the birthday cake from the manager. It caught me by surprise. I usually return from my tours on my birthday with my bed decorated with flowers, but this was beyond my expectations. Thank you for the kind gesture.

Extremely slow customer service. The temperature is always set to freezing level even at the restaurant and I am saying thermostat literally set at 17 deg every time and you can’t change it cause it doesn’t work. Also, breakfast staff is slow and they have no egg- station- you can order them but it takes them Ages to make them- extremely poor kitchen staff.

No privacy. When I came back to my room I noticed my stuff in the luggage was touched.

It was to cold. Thats the only thing I didnt like.

The bed is terrible, it actually sunk in the middle once you lay down. The carpet is dirty.

Lovely property. The staff is extremely helpful. I will definitely recommend.

I loved the treatment at the lemon pepper food area. Food and staff was delightful and will highly recommend this hotel

Liked it was close to mall within walking distance of. Staff very very friendly willing and able to find solutions to room issues. Rooms definitely need some more updating and better cleaning supplies. Need more shuttle options and Hours.

A standard hotel. It has the basics that you would need as a traveler. There is no wow factor or something that would impress you. It is clean and basic. Not a memorable hotel experience, but it serves the purpose of being close to Downtown Dubai with affordable price.
