Returned after staying here many years ago, due to its boutique and intimate feeling....a small hotel surrounded by massive complexes. Accommodation and food excellent despite the weather. Location very good and only a few minutes cab ride from the marina. Only down side was the excruciating wait for room access. Despite being promised an early room it actually too kind until 3.30pm before we could get to the room-this needs addressing!
especial thanks to tatiana and saied from reception, they are very friendly and helpful, I will be back because of them, in my next journey I will bring them sweets for them , Dubai winter is amazing not very cold like home
Le meridien mina seyahi is a nice resort-like retreat away from the concrete highrise jungle that Dubai is. Excellently located close to Dubai Marina Walk, whilst the Palm, The Walk/The Beach, Jumeirah Beach and downtown Dubai are all within easy reach. Nice rooms, private beach. Guests are allowed to use the facilities of neighbouring Westin hotel too.
We stayed here over Christmas and it was a perfect relaxation. We opted for the Club room and although it appears a little more expensive the use of the Club Lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea and early evening cocktails plus airport transfers was definitely worth it. The staff in the hotel are superb, everyone was so helpful and accommodating. The only problem was the building works that appears to be ongoing day and night, bring ear plugs to be safe! Would definitely recommend.
Dear all, just to warm you about 3 red flags you need to be aware about before booking this hotel (despite location and staff are ok): - you have an external disco on the beach in front of the hotel that will not allow you to sleep before 2 am... - cleaning of the room is the not at the level expected - ask explicitly for a room without connection with another room or you will have have the feeling to sleep your neighbours... I have made the mistake to follow "Directour" advise to book this hotel. Regards
Rooms are clean, concierge is lax and has poor communication with the rest of the front desk. English is a second language for staff so be aware when requesting cups you may get teas bags. Noise from barasti on the weekend isn't ideal but not the worst thing about the hotel. Building work next to the hotel means that the front of the hotel is a building site and if you are a lady be prepared for the looks you will receive.
A superb hotel, located on the beach with fantastic views.Excellent helpful staff, nothing too much trouble.Has the advantage of being able to use facilities of Westin hotel next door.Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone thinking of using it.
Great hotel, stayed in room 928, club meridien mina amenities which were first class. This allowed up to exclusive 10th floor for breakfast/canapes and drinks at night, this is really worth doing just for the service alone, we were looked after by Gladys, brilliant asset to the hotel. Went onto private beach every day where the level of service continued. Just everything oozed class and we hope to return soon.
Great value for money. Awesome view, has private beach, shares multiple pools and restaurants with adjoining Westin resort. JBR walk is close by, can't ask for more. Barasti night club is also close by where world comes to party. So this place has something for everyone. Shalini is the best in front office staff. Upgraded our room and made us feel special on our anniversary. Would love to go back
Marvelous hotel - modern, nice location with channel view. Staff are really professional, smiling, attentive and very helpful attitude - we had few requirements and was attended with no time. Breakfast was excellent, above usual UAE hotels menu, fresh and very tasty. Enjoyed our stay. Spa on bit expensive side, but worth it.
