Overall, the hotel was average at best. Even though it is advertised as 5-star, its 4 star at best. The picture of the outside of the hotel has definitely been enhanced/photoshopped. The other hotels I stayed at in Dubai, Tower Rotana and Sheraton Four Points, were much nicer and clearly advertised as four stars. The pool is in an enclosed area for this reason, even though its on the roof, their isn't much of a view. The biggest problem I had was the fact that the water in the shower and sink came out brown in the beginning, so if you stay here remember to run the water for a bit. I only stayed at the hotel for one night, overall it wasn't a bad experience. I did not have to interact with the hotel staff too much, but when I did they were friendly and helpful. The washer located in the room was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I suppose its okay to stay here if you a a good deal, but I would not pay a four or five star hotel rate for this place. .
