Hotel staff is excellant, i have stayed here many times and the staff will address you by name after the your first visit. ! Hotel dining and beverage spots are perfect, as well as other options at the emirates mall which is across the street. overall it would be hard to find a nicer place for the price. Richard S.
Stayed at the hotel for vacation for 2 nights and experienced just an ok experience. I requested a non smoking room and they put me in a smoking room that instantly affected my ashthma. They finally moved me after 1 hr of waiting. The Internet only worked if you had a laptop, so I could use my iPad. The room was small but clean. Bathroom was small with no tub, just a shower.
