The room was dirty, there was foreign hair on the linens and bathroom was not cleaned. While the staff checking in was pleasant, the staff checking out was rude and made a very poor impression.

Dear Anonymous, Sorry for your room. You should have told us immediately when you arrive that there aws a problem with your room. The hotel is not full theses days and we could have change it.
