Overall had a good experience and the room was in good condition and clean. The only issue that we had was that we specifically requested a first floor room because of my bad knees. Our plane was delayed, my wife called and told them we would be late and they gave away our first floor room before we could get there. I paid for the room over a month in advance so they shouldn't have given away our room.

Very accommodating. Good staff. Safe nice place easy access to restaurants and shopping.

First of all, some of the reviews I have read are ridiculous: there are no bedbugs, no one is doing drugs by the back door, staff had an accent but really? Why do people need to mention that?? And the back door was locked all night. However, much of what has been said is accurate. Sheets are like sleeping on starched canvas, AC barely works, fridge and AC are very loud, the bathroom had a distinct odor (I'm hoping that was mildew and not something else!,) lots of noise, until it was late, from doors shutting and people in the hall. The guy at the front desk was very nice but there were too many negatives to make this worth $99 a night or even $20 less. Very overpriced.

Walking down the hall to our room I noticed that a majority of the room numbers were missing and were replaced with Post It notes with the room numbers written on them. That should have been my first warning about our experience. The Ramada website says that check out is noon and that the pet fee is $10 per per per night. However the hotel will tell you that check out is 11 and the pet fee is $25 per night. I tried calling first thing in the morning to ask for a later check out but no one answered the phone at the front desk. I called every 10 minutes for about 45 minutes and then had to leave. I finally called later and was rudely told that noon was the absolute latest they could do. My 18 year old daughter was there at the room and I was trying to get back from where I was in time but exactly at noon (no exaggeration) the manager knocked on the door and told her she had 5 minutes to get out. We travel a lot and that has literally NEVER happened. I ended up calling and asking if we could just extend another night so I could stop stressing about getting back there. At first he said that they were sold out then suddenly said "you're lucky, I had two cancellations so I can let you stay". Perhaps the apparent renovations affected the occupancy but they certainly did not seem full that night. Besides our experience I will point out that if you are sensitive to noise the walls are paper thin. We could hear the next room's entire conversation as well as any in the hallway.

Enjoyed the stay. I attended a workshop, so wasn't in the room much. Only to shower and sleep.

The staff was ride kicked me out two days early I paid pet deposit and my pet ruined some sheets I offered to pay it back they still kicked me out took pet deposit and want more money

Great. More than my expect. Highly recommend. Staffs are friendly, room is clean, breakfast is ok. Worth the money I paid.

Room was dirty and smelled bad. When you pull up to the hotel you realize you made a mistake. I Knew I was taking a risk but it was the only hotel available for a very busy weekend in Salt Lake City. Would never ever ever stay there again.

Well I'm glad I only stayed for a night.. When we checked in the staff totally ignored us by playing on her cell phone. Then when we got to the desk she had to ring the bell for someone else to check us in at check-in time.... Then our room was covered in sugar ants and just filthy. I would not recommend this place. I'm glad I got a deal on the stay. But I guess you get what you pay for...

This hotel was about 1/2 the price of others in the area. Location is very close to restaurants and shopping ... lot of both. Downside: while very well maintained, the hotel is old. Noise could be an issue for light sleepers.

Breakfast could've been a little better but other than that it was fine.

Overall a nice quite comfortable room. Nothing fancy but for the price I wasn't expecting fancy. Linens, bathroom, etc were clean but noticed the room could use a deep cleaning (walls, glass on pictures, etc). Staff was friendly.

When arriving at the hotel we were very dissaappointed but tried to make the best of it. When going up the stairs we noticed that the old mattresses were being stored on the landing and we had to maneuver around them to continue up the stairs. It was gross. Our room and the beds were in serious need up updating. Room smelled bad We decided we could not stay and was charged for 2 nights even though we were only there about 10 hours. We booked another hotel on our own for the remainder of the trip.

Overall the hotel was great, good value and staff was great.

I had to clean the bathroom when I get there. The hallway where not clean.

I was impressed with the front desk staff on check in. Very nice and explained everything I needed to know. The equipment in the exercise room was the worst part of my stay. I was looking forward to my workouts but on both nights neither machine worked properly. Bed was comfortable and plenty of towels. Over all it was good

Nice but quick stay hotel Was quiet and clean close to restaurants

Just a quick stay, but it was nice. I will stay here again.

Just a quick stay, it was nice worked good for just a one night stay.

Even though we just needed to crush for a night, it was more than we could take. Room wasn't clean, breakfast was old and dry. Service was terrible. Nothing was nice at all. We'll never stay there again!
