The comfortable and cozy 2 room apartment is located on the 1st Floor of the holiday home. A bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out couch in the living area offer sleeping facilities for 3 to 4 people. The living area is fully equipped with dining table / chairs, extendable, coffee table and armchair as well as cable TV / radio. WiFi available. Two built-in closets offer maximum storage space. Nothing is missing in the kitchen: fridge with freezer, dishwasher, 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and enough glasses, dishes and cutlery for cooking together and having a good time. The bright bathroom (window) with shower, toilet, hand wash basin is also equipped with a towel dryer. Pleasant especially in the transition period and in winter. For wet clothing, there is also an additional drying facility operated by central heating in a utility cupboard. The entire apartment is tiled with a terracotta floor. The apartment has its own parking space. There are washing machines on the system. Chips for the washing machine can be obtained from reception for a fee.
