Not like any other Westin I have been to. Hotel is in a descent area close to the convention center, the valet and check in staff were great but that is about the only plus to the place. Hotel is terribly run down with dirty carpets and musty smell everywhere. Pool area feels like a dungeon, one way in and out and that is through an old run down elevator. Westin should be ashamed. Left a day early without a refund and worth it just to get out of there.

The staffing is phenomenal but once entering room it was normal as picture except the cleanliness. Example 1: Went to take shower and noticed hair on the shower wall from the previous tenant. Gross. Example 2: Towels in bathroom had stains and this is where I questioned myself if housekeeping just reuse lid and folded or actually brand new towels.
Tub was dirty Faucet was broken and shower was thus very low pressure
I like the location and people are very friendly.

Not one bar or Restaraunt was open. To spend so much for a one night stay I felt like they should have at least let guests know that nothing was open. The room also had some trash (bottle caps on the floor) that wasn’t ours, sheets were clean though ans shower was hot.
I definitely recommend this hotel. Amazing service!! All the hotel personnel that interacted with me was great and provided a very professional service, yet friendly.
The property was up to date and convenient for walking to restaurants and the river walk, however we did not know beforehand that all free parking was closed and valet was $32 a night. Quite an unexpected charge.
