The hotel clerk was absolutely awesome, I enjoyed my time just chatting with her! She was very helpful and directing me to the local restaurants. Clean and well maintained.
This hotel is in a safe location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Checking was easy. The service was polite and thorough. Our room was fine. Certainly not to Taj Mahal, but then I am only paying budget prices! We only stayed one night as we passed through town. I would go back there again.
This property is a motel and is overpriced, in my opinion. It had everything we needed to stay two nights but I would not stay longer. The only reason we booked this motel is because it allowed dogs
It is very clean and I like the bed and the bedding is soft and very comfortable. The gentlemen at the front desk is very nice and friendly.

It was a clean room no bed bugs where seen. The shower head was broken a bit and soaked the bathroom floor if the shower curtain wasn't completely sealed to the tub wall and there was no pressure but was usable. The pillows could be replaced they where quite hard and lumpy and the air conditioner in the room took a while to cool the room down but eventually did. Over all for an over night stay it was decent for a privately owned hotel.

I didn’t appreciate the Q anon lady at the front desk watching right wing propaganda on the lobby TV trying to draw me into a political argument.
Great place for the price, love the location is right off the highway and has truck parking as well
I like the waffles, very good. Need to offer stuff for gluten free people. Has no indoor pool.

Stayed here with my family for one night to catch an early flight at TYS airport the next morning. We have stayed at motel 6 and Hilton’s and everything in between. This hotel is pretty crummy. I’d definitely find a better place to stay next time. Rooms are old, not super clean, and we just felt like we were staying in a dirty room. Comforters had cigarette burn holes, bathroom tile grout was nasty. Not the worst place I’ve seen but even an older hotel can be so clean that you don’t notice the age...this one was old and dirty. Won’t be back.
