I was actually surprised by this property. It did elevate my opinion of CNSs. It was clean, but shows a lake of maintenance.

Rooms were good. A little outdated but still no complaints. However, my stay was 3 days and my room was never cleaned. It was a good thing I had enough towels otherwise I would have had to ask
Was good as a basic property but they look like they have staffing shortages. The pool water was opaque - probably no one is monitoring the water quality. Would not go in it.
Our room was supposed to be ready at 3:00,that’s when we got our key. An hour later it still wasn’t ready . So, the attendant checked to see what was going on. He decided to give us an upgraded room for same price.
The experience and atmosphere were awesome.

Staff did not respect our space in the dining area. The person in charge of food service and clean up in the dining area in the morning did not wear a mask and appeared to be insulted when we asked her to back away from our table. She leaned over our table and tried to be friendly, when we were wearing masks and asking for her to be a safe distance from us. She did the rest of her job well, but she needs to be told to give hotel guests more distance from her, even if she has been vacinated. She should have been asked by her supervisor to wear a mask
Breakfast was great! But I won’t stay here again due to price of room and limited amenities. Paid for a suite, but got a bear-bones room instead.
We arrived a little before the 3 o'clock check-in window. The receptionist let us still check in. Which was nice. Thr facilities was clean & all safety measures were in place. The location was ideal for our plans for the trip as well.
