We stayed a week and felt very comfortable. Big, clean rooms with just the right amenities and a good hot breakfast in the morning.

this was my first time coming to LA and I was under the impression that this hotel was in Downtown LA when it was actually in Downtown Burbank. I was skeptical from the beginning but from the moment I step foot in the hotel the staff were nothing but polite and very caring for our needs. The room was clean and very comfortable, the pool was very relaxing. The neighborhood feels relatively safe and you could walk to a mall 10 mins away or hope on the highway around the corner and find yourself in Downtown LA in 15 mins. I definitely plan on coming back to this hotel.

The location and hotel quality was a surprise. We liked the ample underground parking and close vicinity to downtown Burbank and film studios surrounding. The separate bedroom was especially great with full kitchen, since we had to bring our cat with us for the weekend.

The hotel was everything we expected- clean, comfortable and in a nice area. The complimentary breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the fresh lemonade in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was a $15 per day charge for parking; although, it was pretty much in keeping with every other business in LA.

This hotel was perfect! I was traveling with my sister & her kids visiting from Texas. I was trying to get a connecting room at a reasonable price and I found this 2 bedroom suite w/a living room & a fully equipped kitchen. With the price, it was actually cheaper than getting two separate room with no guarantee that they can be connected. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was awesome! The best Belgian waffle bar!

We wanted to explore a different part of LA. This was convenient to Griffith Observatory and we enjoyed sampling the restaurants in downtown Burbank. Worked well with our 3 year old.

Nice, clean, and conveniently located hotel in Burbank. Less than 30 mins to Six Flags, 10 mins to Univ. Studios and 20 mins to Hollywood. In the mornings there is a bit of road noise but crank up the A/C and it all goes away. Bed and pillows were comfy. The breakfast has a good selection and coffee tastes good. Parking at $15/night seemed high.

I was only at this hotel for 2 nights (technically 1.5 nights) but it was a great experience overall. The room was HUGE and clean, and seemed perfect for an extended stay with the full kitchen. The only negative is that it is right on the highway, which my room was facing, so it could be loud at times.

Clean large rooms, comfortable king size bed, nice staff, in room coffee and kitchenette, good free breakfast spread, easy parking, reasonable price, right off US5, near all shops and action if you have time. We didn't . Ask for a room not along the highway as road noise was a little much.

very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic complimentary breakfast. great amenities, and superb cleanliness. only downside was that our room faced the highway and construction zone, very noisy for a good night's sleep. We were lucky that another room was available, if that were not the case, this would have been a miserable situation. would absolutely stay again only if we were assured a certain "quiet side" room.

Location was ideal for my purposes, close to shops and restaurants. Price was quite reasonable and room was perfect. I especially enjoyed having the kitchenette. I would suggest adding a hair dryer in the bathroom. I don't travel with one anymore since hotels usually have one provided in each room.

comfortable hotel clean excellent customer service

Very nice hotel. Room is big with a full kitchen. Complimentary breakfast and WiFi.

good staff convienent location,breakfast quite well,fabulous destination。

This fairly new hotel apparently has some real problems to work out. At about 6 AM, a very large machine, possibly the HVAC equipment on the roof (we were on the top floor), started up with an amazing rattle and hum, jolting us awake. The room and parts were literally shaking, and the low fequency noise was pounding in the eardrums, making it impossible to sleep. The noise was obvious in the hallway but most intense in the room. It did not stop during the hour it took for us to pack and leave. Even though we had intended to sleep in, it was obvioously too late to change rooms. It is unforgivable to use this room until whatever issue they have is worked out. When we informed the front desk at checkout (it was not possible to be in the room and we left as soon as we could), they said they couldn't do anything about a price break or refund [...] but assured us we would be contacted by the manager. We have heard nothing from them after a week. I am a frequent business and leisure traveler and this was the worst room experience I have ever had for which the hotel was completely responsible and did nothing to resolve.

I had a very nice time! Room was clean, the service was nice and everything worked! It had all my creature comforts including a nice Laundromat- I could not ask for anything better! What more can I say! I can understand why this hotel is always booked up (my only grievance). This one is on my Recommended List!

Hotel was wonderful, convenient and loved the free breakfast. Traveling alone I felt very safe. I have stayed at other properties in the area and none compared with this one. I will be back.

I have stayed many times in Burbank. This hotel was the best I have ever stayed at. It came highly reccomended by a Burbank Police Officer who said he has never had any complaints or trouble from this property. It is in the safest part of Burbank (2 blocks from the police/fire station), and right next to three wonderful restraunts. You have shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreation (griffith park and hores back ridding) all within a short distance from the hotel. The staff is over friendly, and willing to book transportation to anywhere you may need to go within the city.
