Advertised as a spacious room for for four adults, we were disappointed that they would not put in a rollaway bed. We had to request additional towels, because there were not enough. The room was convenient and comfortable. Even though we booked four adults at the more expensive room because breakfast was offered, vouchers were given only for two and we were told additional persons would be charged $16.99. Parking was an additional $15/ night.

Our room was close to the housekeeping storage room-- bad for taking an afternoon nap-- but was very quiet at night. Didn't like paying for parking and breakfast.

The twin Inns were walking distance to shopping and restaurants, which made it great when we didn't feel like driving anywhere. It wasn't close to the beach, but that's not why we chose this hotel.

Went with family and enjoyed the stay. Pretty close to the studios. Comfortable room. Liked the breakfast service (paid). Surrounded by amenities and perfect for family.

We checked in went to the pool then walk to dinner . Then the next day went to Universal studios. Only one thing i would improve is for the staff in the front of the hotel be more friendly.

Although went for Universal's Halloween Horror Night, was close enough to it. Got back after 2:30 a.m. and most of parking was gone, parked on last floor with vehicles and boats in storage, but it was included so can't complain. Didn't use pool or gym, pool was quite clean and rooms were almost immaculate. Beds and especially pillows were comfortable (didn't have to worry about bed bugs was our main concern with other hotels and motels charging same or more. Definitely worth it. Only thing no breakfast included.

The location is great, the room was quiet but the price is pretty outrageous. NYC hotel prices in the suburbs of L.A. are a little hard to take. The restaurant food was amazing!

This is place is away from the downtown and in a safe part of the town. It has a pretty big parking deck. The rates are not bad. No issues there. The issue is the check in time. It is 3PM. Unless you have a good reason to give them. They won't let you in before then. And this is a tall building with many many floors and rooms. One single tiny elevator is all you got for the whole building. Going up and down from mid floors is easily 20 mins per round trip and get ready to be stacked up... I didn't have any other issues. Not so many amenities. Not luxurious, just fine average hotel.

We checked in late and we were tired after driving all day, but the Desk attendant Marc was absolutely awesome he got us in our room and handled in no time, and throughout the stay he was awesome always friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile. We ate two meals at the hotel restaurant and the food was good and not outrageously priced. I want to thank Marc and his whole team for making our stay as great as it was. I have stayed in lots of hotels and everyone should strive to provide the cleanliness, comfort and Service that they did here. Thank You.

Upon check-in we were told we were being upgraded to a suite at the same price we would have paid for a regular room. What a great start to our trip! Hotel was beautiful, clean and close to studios. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and stores. Staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel was recommended by a friend who lives in Cali and I can honestly say we were not disappointed. Would definitely stay there again!

Good option to stay at in Burbank, CA - arcade doesn't work though. The room was great, the location was great, the food was okay, and the arcade didn't work. Overall is a good place to stay - had some neat things going on in the hotel. Very good place to stay. Kudos to the staff that works there.

Good value for the money. Nice that they had free parking.

I have stayed at amazing hotels like the four seasons , hotel amarano, the Beverly Hills hotel, and this hotel is right up there with them. The rooms were clean and big, the staff was friendly and the ammenities were awesome. I was in very close walking to a ton of restaurants and shopping.

Great place, closer to lots of things, good for family...

My family stayed two nights at the Holiday Inn Burbank, and it was a wonderful experience! The lobby is lovely, and the room was very clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable, and the room even a microwave and refrigerator. We stayed on the 15th floor and had a great view of the hills of Burbank. The staff was friendly and helpful and they had plenty of free parking! We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Universal Studios again!

What a pleasant surprise! Very pleased with the room, size and view! Friendly staff and free parking. Highly recommended!

This place has all of the trimmings for a business person. Quiet and professional too!

Excellent choice of place to stay. You won't regret it. I've stayed here multiple times. Excellent!

Thanks for your visit. We apologize for any frustration you experienced. Hopefully you were given enough towels for 4 adults. Again thanks.
