When I got there, Orbitz hadn't communicated my information or my pre-payment to this hotel! Thankfully, the gal at the front desk was super proactive, and between the two of us, everything worked out! It was definitely Orbitz's fault, not the hotel's, for the lack of communication! This hotel was ...
Clean, nice and convenient to I-20, We only stayed 1 night but it's comfortable. I say this here because I am picky when it comes to hotel but this one the Hotel Manager the night we checked in was very friendly and helpful, our room was clean and we slept good knowing our room was clean. Definitely ...
The room value was good. The room was ok however there should have been more time spent on cleaning the bathroom around shower. Staff was friendly. I recommend for hotel staff to knock and enter the room after checkout time. I don't understand why they would try and interrupt the stay when one has ...
Got in just past midnight. No problems checking in, the key was ready for pickup, they just needed an ID and signature. The room was fine for a tired couple just needing some rest which we got because it was quiet over night... without any notable noise. Breakfast was fine and checkout went smooth ...

Couldn’t have been nicer! Everything and Everyone was great!
The hotel is satisfactory for the price and rooms are clean. Checkin at 10:25 pm was unbelievable. We waited in line for 1.25 hours. There was only one person working the desk (his work-partner was fired that day and was not replaced) with 4 families checking in ahead of us. One family came back after checking in because their room was already occupied. Finally at 11:40 we were given keys to our room. We were hoping to get something to eat. Inquired at the restaurant, but were rudely told they were closed. When we asked where we might get something to eat, we were told to go outside and look for a place...this is 10:30 at night! Then asked the bar if they served food and were rudely told "we're closed" and the gal just turned away.
We were on our way to another place for vacation, so for the price it is OK, clean and convenient. There were people walking and talking in the hallway at midnight, and we can smell smoke from the hallway too. Breakfast was ok. Have microwave and coffee maker and fridge. Ice maker in the hallway too, that's a plus.
decent hotel. But my air never works good there. Also ended up with a room this time air didn't work and the frig made a loud noise for 2 days. Pillows aren't as comfy nor beds as some of their other hotels.
