Got in just past midnight. No problems checking in, the key was ready for pickup, they just needed an ID and signature. The room was fine for a tired couple just needing some rest which we got because it was quiet over night... without any notable noise. Breakfast was fine and checkout went smooth ...
Clean, nice and convenient to I-20, We only stayed 1 night but it's comfortable. I say this here because I am picky when it comes to hotel but this one the Hotel Manager the night we checked in was very friendly and helpful, our room was clean and we slept good knowing our room was clean. Definitely ...
The room value was good. The room was ok however there should have been more time spent on cleaning the bathroom around shower. Staff was friendly. I recommend for hotel staff to knock and enter the room after checkout time. I don't understand why they would try and interrupt the stay when one has ...
The room I stayed in had dirty tissue left in the bed under the covers. The ironing board was burnt. There was a black mold like substance in the iron. I didn't turn on the heating/cooling unit because of the thick layer of dust and filth on it. I didn't want to breathe all that in. The fitness room ...
This is a very nice hotel in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The room was very clean, the facilities modern and up-to-date, the staff friendly. Although check-in is at 4:00 pm, I arrived at 7:30 am, and was able to check in almost immediately. My 3-night stay was very pleasant, and I wouldn't hesitate ...
Great stay with wonderful people making the experience even better.
The security of the facility was the first thing that caught my attention, as a person without a room card has to be buzzed in by the front desk attendant. I had made my reservation through Orbitz. Check-in went smoothly; and though the attendant at first assigned me a room that was still occupied, the error was quickly corrected, and I was very pleased with the size, cleanliness, and amenities of my new room. The road up to the facility is a bit difficult to see in the dark - it's right next to a Chevron gas station - and the facility isn't visible until one has driven about 500 feet up a hill (adding to the sense of security); but there's plenty of parking for the large and luxurious facility.
I was impressed with the clean rooms, comfortable beds and great breakfast. Nice business center and lobby & restaurant right across the street. Good service at checkin and shuttle to airport. The best!
Just a nice Place. Clean quiet convinent This hotel will be someplace I choose to stay again
