We had a great stay! We were able to check in early which was amazing. Our room was great. The laundry room was perfect. We didn’t want to go home with dirty clothes. Would definitely stay here again.

They had a good breakfast. Their website needs to let people know that the free shuttle stops running at 11pm, and they should run their shuttle until at least 1am. Our flight got in at 1045pm, but by the time we got our luggage it was after 11pm; we waited at the airport for 40 minutes, watching other hotel shuttles picking up passengers (including Hampton Inn Miami Airport East). We finally were able to get in touch with the hotel and found out about the shuttle not running after 11pm. We had to end up taking a taxi.

Your staff was very helpful. I forgot a power cord for my CPAP. Your front desk manager and maintenance man were able to provide an old TV power cable which worked perfectly!

Girl at front desk was nice but other then that room was dirty there was a sock stuffed between sheets its outdated and no sanitizer or wipes in the halls or elevators. Our thermostat was missing from wall and the room connected to ours had a party and we couldnt sleep so we checked out at 4 a.m to sleep in our van for a few hours.cant say how breakfast was because we left and we didnt use pool due to check in time so not sure how that it. I will say its 5 times better then the embassy suites by hilton near miami airport that one is disgusting and location was awful. So id stay here before there but honestly during a pandemic id say cleanliness is not there.
