It was a nice place. The room was nice and we loved the pool n whirlpool they were amazing.
Pool and hot tub were fabulous, first heated pool in three weeks that was actually heated to perfection! Our check in was easy peasy and staff very helpful! Would totally stay here again, looking forward to the hot breakfast.
Great stay, but please fix that door lock on the back of the building ;) 😉
Do not stay here your children will get very sick.
Room was pleasant enough with exception of the bath. Shower stained drain broken shower curtain stained nasty and dirty. Complimentary breakfast was suppose to be on the go, grabbed a breakfast sandwich, nuked it and began eating in the car. First bite has me pulling a long hair out of my mouth almost vomited. Coffee terrible as well
Out dated everything. Rooms are dark, bedding and towels are old. There were ANTS in our room. Staff was nice.
Close to Downtown, but for the price, it was a little dated and pretty plain.
First room we were put in we got set up. Put our newborn son on the bed. Our daughter got in the second bed only to realize the room was never cleaned. Someone remade the dirty beds, the garbage was full from someone else's fast food. Keep in mind this happened during COVID-19. We got put in a second room only to find nail clippings near the nightstand and Cheetos under the desk. The hotel was very uncooperative and disrespectful.
Cold pool No hot breakfast. Hot tub not working. Broken outlet covers. They apparently have new owners.
We have a great time in Sturgeon Bay visiting the wineries up the peninsula. Our hotel was very nice. I read reviews that people said it was bad but we didn't experience that. The rooms was clean. The overall facility and lobby was nice. We weren't looking for anything fancy. They had a continental breakfast but we didn't try it. We got coffee and breakfast on our way to our visit destinations.
Really friendly, helpful front desk staff. Convenient location.
The rooms including the furnitures , beds and everything is dated . It needs overall updating.
The property itself was adequate. Though the building was old, it was updated with decent fixtures and decor.
