There was nothing not to like about the Sunworld Dynasty. The location is excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good, and the price was very reasonable.

Great place to stay a lot of resturants and shopping near by. There also a bus stop right in front of the hotel that takes you to PEK airport . Staff spoke English ok and subway station is close bu
This hotel has it all, location, price, service and value. This was my third stay at this hotel, and I will be back for the next trip. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone, and the coffee machine makes excellent coffee. The services of the concierge can't be beat. I used their services daily, getting taxis, sending a package and getting directions. They were always happy to help and very efficient. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There is a subway station 5 minutes down the road, shopping, convenient stores and restaurants all a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel.
It was an incredible hotel to stay! It’s locstion was great and the concierge went out of their way to mail post cards, get us cabs and also exchange American currency to Yuan. Breakfast was a bit pricey but it was a remarkable set up. Our room faced the atrium which isn’t bad because it kept our room quiet and the cleaning staff was amazing. We would love to stay there again if we visit Beijing again.
Hotel was very clean, rooms were comfortable and spacious. We had a view to the restaurant and it looked beautiful at night. We were also allowed to check out an hour later.
Nice location close to attractionss, room is clean, comfortable bed, quiet room. The breakfast is great with a lots of selections. The front desk is bit slow.
The rug was stained the couches were stained really bad you did not want to walk or sit the street noise was loud till 1 am horrible hotel for the money I have stayed in China before this was the worst
Shopping, Night Market, Forbidden City, restaurants and subway stations...it's all at your fingertips.
The bell service saw us have two big luggage from the taxi but didn't come out to help, they just watched us wheeled our luggage to the check in counter. The hotel over all looks rundown, especially the carpets on the hall ways to our room. Because the entrance of the hotel is on the side street, everyday walking out from it is a unhappy feeling, one side of the sidewalk of the hotel has lots of broken tiles, and the other side has so many parked vehicles blocking the sidewalk preventing the people getting back to it.

Front desk personnel very accommodating. Most speak enough English to communicate. Restaurant staff not as friendly- basically lack spirit of service. Most likely a cultural thing.
The hotel is located in the middle of the Wangfujing tourist area. It's an old Chinese hotel, staff speaks limited English. Didn't feel the facilities are up to 5 star standards. The layout and rooms are old fashion. nothing to write home about. Breakfast selection is limited. Would not stay there again.
