We stayed three nights - The hotel was good, room was clean and specious, breakfast had good choice and nice dinning area. Location of the hotel is good, everything could reach in walking distance. Personnel was also good and friendly.
The hotel is located within the borders of the old town. There is a large paid hotel car park in front of the hotel. Rooms are high, big and clean, but not very fresh. Check-in and check-out were fast. Service attentive and efficient. Breakfast tasty. The restaurant is large and quite good, but probably not very popular as we were alone at the dinner.
Great location right next to many restaurants, bars and sights. The staff were extremely helpful and their English was very good. My only downside was I dropped one of my medication tablets on the carpet and it rolled under the bed. I had to move the bed to get it and was completely shocked and almost felt sick at how dirty the carpet was below the bed. It seemed as though that piece of carpet had not seen a vacuum cleaner in years. I know it's not an area that people see but come on.... I had no option but to dust off my tablet as it was the last one I had for my blood pressure. The sauna and jacuzzi in the basement was like a janitors cupboard with paint pots lying around and the sauna was not on and neither was the Jacuzzi, I was told at reception that I have to give them one hours notice so they can switch it on!!!! Also I have mobility problems with stairs and there was no elevator to the basement. Well, so much for paying that bit extra for access to a health suite.. The breakfast could not be faulted, huge selection of cold and hot choices and again staff were brilliant. Mixed review on this one sadly!!
We stayed 3rd to 6th March and got a great rate of £40 per night B&B. Hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Square and central to everywhere. We arrived early morning and our room was not ready, so ditched our bags and went exploring. We came back at 12.30 and our room was ready. It was a lovely spacious room overlooking the river and had been refurbished. It had a good hairdryer, complimentary toiletries and free wifi. My only problem was I found the bed very hard. It was fine for my husband. I asked to change room and reception could not have been more helpful. They let me see 2 other rooms ( both had the same beds, so no point in moving), they did however provide additional quilts to lie on which helped a bit. Breakfast was from 7-11 and there was a fantastic selection available. Eggs cooked to your requirements if requested. All staff we came in contact with were so pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wroclaw. We got a taxi from the airport which cost 60 zloty and booked a taxi through the hotel to take us back to the airport which only cost 45 zloty??
We stayed for 3 nights lovely staff breakfast great and in ideal spot. Rooms were warm and large with plenty of space great power shower with loads of hot water....will go back and stay here again. It is walking distance to everything near the river yes you can hear the trams but it's novel and they don't disturb you too much
The service staff here were the least friendly I have encountered in some time. They treated our requests as an inconvenience. They also denied us breakfast we had paid for at 10:40am, having advertised it as available up to 11 o clock without proposing an alternative option. This hotel is stylistically dated and uninspired. Not really worth four stars.
This hotel is not a bad place rooms are plenty spacious. Flat screen TV only 3 English speaking channels but we are in Poland at the end of the day. The room is cleaned every day .to a high standard. Girls on reception area very helpful. Now to the bad points of the hotel You need to be up for breakfast at about 6am as if you come down at 9am their will be very little left for to eat . Also the bar close at 11.30 how ever you can get a drink till 1am and that's it now it says all night service but it's not true Other than that it's a fine spot just off the square in the old town I hope this is helpful to someone
Stayed here on our visit to the Christmas Market, handy for the airport. Staff were very pleasant and helpful giving us good directions to places.Room was nice and clean. Would go back again if in Wraclaw
Stayed here for 5 nights and did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly, helpful reception staff. Rooms are large and the beds very comfortable. Didn't hear much noise from traffic/trams but our room overlooked a side street. Shower powerful with plenty of hot water, also free toiletries. We found everything to be very clean and fresh. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and if required you could order scrambled or fried eggs. Only a 5 minute walk into the old square and within walking distance for the many bars and restaurants in the area. Highly recommend and if every in Wroclaw will be booking here again
Stayed here at the Best Western prima hotel Wrocław, for four nights at the end of January. I was very impressed with the standard of this hotel, I booked it on the Internet and got a real bargain, but this isn't the reason for my review. Besides the room being of a good size, clean, comfortable bed, free water, and friendly staff, simplicity and uncomplicated, which made me feel right at home, not having to worry wheather there were any hidden costs that I hadn't foreseen. Breakfast was substantial, huge choice, friendly service, willing to accommodate any dietary requests. Staff at reception area extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks to the Best Western Prima, I had a lovely break in Wrocław. On a separate note, beware of taxis (perhaps not all, but) , they will try to gazump you, agreed a price at hotel reception to the airport, and even so, driver said that he had avoided traffic by going the long way, no mention of this during the journey, take note taxi regulator, leaves sour note for what was otherwise a lovely holiday.
