Not very clean, many broken things
Everything was good.
I liked the cleanliness of the property and the ease of finding it. The building was kept too hot for me, but maybe perfect for someone from Southern Countries. When I first walked in the front desk lady was barking something about parking trucks even though I didn't drive there and don't own a truck, I felt like She didn't want my business. I would have preferred a more welcoming front desk lady. The first impression wasn't favorable for super 8. I needed extra pillows and She said to come back down to the lobby to get them, not exactly the service I'm used to either, when I got down there She wasn't at the desk even so I rang the bell, She came out of the break room as I must have interrupted Her eating. otherwise no real problems.
Staff is very friendly, and though I didn't bother to check and and see if pets were allowed, I learned after I checked in that my dog was not welcomed there, however the staff was very professional handling it and I got my refund from Orbitz within 24 hours, the room is nice to people or nice
Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is very cooperative.
Likes: Easy access to/from freeway; room doors are all inside access Disappointments: room was dingy, walls were paper-thin; shower handle not attached; shower curtain ripped across multiple rings; "breakfast" was stale cereals, stale breads/pastries;

Never stay at this hotel. It was New Year’s Eve and want to get in to our room but our key would not open the door it took them more then two hours to be able to get us in in our room. They ruin our New Year’s Eve. I request for a refund and they just told me it was not there fault I could not get in the room because the battery die on the door. And I request to speak to a manager and they say no manage at the hotel. Pls don’t stay at this hotel
Friday and Saturday nights are awful. People are so loud until the wee hours of the morning. There was a wedding party with a band. Of course the band was put in the room next to me. 2 days of hell.
It is clean, very well maintained motel. Staff is excellent, room was clean. It is very close to highway with noise as a consequence, but it was not a big problem for me. Overall, I would recommend it to anybody it and book it again with no hesitation.
Blankets, bedsheets had holes. Old pillows. Overall felt dirty. But cheap and convenient.
The hotel is ok, the carpet was not too clean, it was quiet. It is ok to just spend the night if you're traveling. The breakfast wasn't too bad

Too many issues. From needed repairs and updating. Closed down strip mall next door. Must drive 10 miles to Davis to eat decently. 2 out of 4 pieces of equipment in fitness room not working. Bed spread had holes. Stay here only if you are desperate...like our late night roll in. Oh yeah...no pillow cases. Carpet has solidified liquid or something on it. Desk personnel was pleasant, though.
BUDBUGS!! Stay away from this property. We checked into our room and found a bedbug right on the bed. It was already 9 PM, and they had closed the lobby. Booked a room at another hotel and left this hotel in less than 15 mins. Another issue, they advertise breakfast, but they told me at the time of check-in that they give ONLY a Jiucebox and Granola bar due to Covid! Horrible! Stay away from this property.

Dear Guest, Mid October is a tricky time for our common areas, some guests prefer AC, some need Heat. We are a mid economy range hotel and sorry it was not to your fit as we do not have staff in evening to provide guests with extra items to door and may ask a guest to come down, which is a common practice for most hotels in this range. Also staff most likely was doing some other chores and apologize if you had to wait a little. Wishing you all the best. Take Care

It is true that we are not pet friendly and guests are again made aware of this at time of registration, we do not generally allow refunds but were glad to assist in this set of circumstances.
