The only staff member we saw was pleasant and helpful. The beds were nice, good TV, toilet and sink were fine. But - the bathroom door had major scratches on it; the heat lamp was missing a bulb and didn't look like it would work anyway; the shower wall and ceiling were stained and possibly moldy. I would say the rooms need a refresh - paint and some repairs.

This property is ok but outdated.

We stayed at this location last year and it was a lot cleaner and maintained then. There was mold on the ceiling in the restroom from where the exhaust fan did not work. The popcorn ceiling had strips that were dangling and the pool was still not opened. The manager said that the pool company was running behind but they stopped by while we were there and didn't do a thing.

The staff gave me a better deal than i had wave my late fee real freindly.

The first room was being remodeled. The bathroom walls were filthy. The toilet seat was old and discusting. I can't believe that they couldn't afford a toilet seat. Complained. He said it had a new bath tub. He did give us another room. The pai nt was falling off the walls but the room and bathroom was OK.

The bathroom was dirty, shower curtain was old, tub was not clean and we did not feel comfortable using it, the walls needed to be painted and there was a hole in the wall by one of the beds,, The bed looked clean and was very comfortable.

Good place for an overnight pitstop. There arn't many places to stop between Nashville and Jackson.

Older hotel. Worn, but clean overall. Check-in was easy and friendly, as was check-out. Breakfast was the traditional waffles, cereal, some fruit, and baked goods. Overall, for the price, a good selection.

Great for a night or two. Rooms were nice and clean. Only issue is that hotel is old but the rooms are good.

WI FI did not work , one chair had a broken back, carpet was filthy, two lamps had no shades , breakfast was minimal, female clerk expected clients to make more coffee. However when we checked out the manager made note of the WIFI and chair, I did not mention the others to him

Was good location for what we needed. Staff when we checked in was completely hateful. Day staff was a lot nicer. Room didn't get cleaned daily. Had to call and ask for more towels. We stayed three days so three towels wasn't going to work. Bed was comfortable.

Booked the room because they allowed pets and had a pool. The pool was disgusting ..... looked like it had green fungus growing on top of the water. There were hairs in the shower and on the bed sheets. No creamer for coffee at breakfast. And to top it all off, I could have paid $13 less if I had just waited and got the room when I got there. That is a lot of money to me this day and age.

We came to Hurricane Mills to attend the Ronnie McDowell Elvis Tribute Concert. Our son sings with the Stamps Quartet and was to be part of the program. When we arrived we were made to pay for our hotel after being told that what we paid Orbitz was just a deposit. I told her that was not so and that the hotel was paid for and had already been taken out of my account. She was very hateful and rude! She gave us a refund but very reluctanly and then was very hateful to us the remainder of our stay. I later had to call to the front desk to ask a question and the gentleman that answered was also hateful as if I had disturbed him or something. Customer service left a LOT to be desired at the motel. If you are looking for good service and a friendly atmosphere this IS NOT the place to stay! It really put a dmper on our over all mood while we were there. We will certainly not stay there next time our son sings at Loretta Lynn Ranch.
