Room stinks and the other room smells like smoke

Dirty and it smelled really bad

Filthy, run down, disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I stayed one night as I had checked in late and had no other options. First thing in the morning I checked out! The front desk told me to call Orbitz for a refund and Orbitz said I wasn’t entitled to one. Disappointing all around.

I am waiting for Orbitz to refund my money... We did not stay the night. Not allowed to check in till 6 pm. The room was falling apart. Called Orbitz 3 times qnd kept getting put on hold over 15 mins each time. We told the front desk that they room was horrible and they understood. YET .. they could not help me with a refund because I paid Orbitz. We had to try and find another room for the night at 7 pm. I tried to file a claim with Orbitz today... I paid for the insurance ... time and time again the page would not load. I tried to chat with a CR and was told that they couldn't help me .... but would get a person that could. That char stayed open for over an hour and no one showed up. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ORBITZ

It was horrible.. First elevator didnt work so the stairs was piss smelling sticky and dirtiness would be an understatement. The room had flys flying around in it. the tub sink bed and floors were horrible. I literally stayed 3 minutes in it. But the front desk clerk was very helpful in refunding my money as if this happened every day. PLEASE.. GET BETTER MANAGEMENT AND PAY THE EMPLOYEES MORE. IT SHOWS AT THIS PROPERTY AND GULFPORT IS TOO BEAUTIFUL FOR THIS AND CHANGE THESE WEBSITE PICTURES..ITS LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE ACTUAL ROOM IN PERSON

This has to be one of the worst motels I’ve ever stayed in is is just pure nasty DONT STAY HERE for no reason. Maid had no clean sheets not clean towels no cleaning supplies made the beds and hung up the dirty towel and was rented for another stay new renters yuck

At check in, neither the man nor woman wore face masks. I tried to contact Orbitz but kept getting disconnected from the virtual assistant 😡 I didn't care that I lost $$, I checked back out in less than 30 minutes. For your health and safety do not stay here! Dirty/stained carpet. Cigarette burns on bedding. Signs of bedbugs ( always check!), mold all over the walls and ceiling. Shower had mold, urine on toilet ( obviously not cleaned). Looked like someone punched holes in the walls. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! TOOK PICTURES AND SENT TO CODE ENFORCEMENT.

This hotel was horrible had holes in the walls dirty sheets dirty towels shower did not work microwave or refrigerator did not work i was given the frist room with the holes in the wall then they gave me another room i tryed to stay because it was late but i couldn't when I seen the stains on the sheets and towels omg wrist place i have ever seen & the workers or nasty and wont help you..

Nasty with cockroaches and cigarette butts under bed and cigarette burn holes in linen. The employees were all very helpful and did good with the bad conditions they had to work with. I was very disappointed

It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was disgusting. Holes everywhere in the sheets, no soap in bathroom, and stains on towels. Breakfast was gone in 15 minutes , all that was left was juice. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

It was disgusting. I can’t believe it was $133 a night to stay there when it should really be a rent by the hour motel. I checked in at 7pm and was so disgusted by the room that I decided to check out at 10:15pm. I needed a long hot shower after that. This place should really be shut down and completely remodeled. They can afford it for what they charge for a room. NEVER again. I’m very disappointed in Wyndham for allowing one of their properties to get like this.

Just run down and not as pictures presented. Just not happy with the appearance.

Picture of the property online is definitely deceiving!! Please ask to see the room BEFORE you check in/or pay!!!

The staff was friendly. The rooms clean. Overall a good stay for a short period.

This property was not at all like the description or photos posted. It is an unsafe area and had people in the parking lot exchanging car radios. It is very disappointing that travel agencies are allowed to mislead travelers. I was not staying at this place with my children and the hotel was forcing me to pay the first night and fees. Orbitz did assist in correcting their mistake and helped me find a safe, clean place to stay. This experience has left me in fear of ever booking based on photos. I will not book again without a referral from someone I know and trust.
