This is an older building. Large drawer was dirty. Breakfast was minimal - no milk! Key cards needed to frequently be reset. Elevator was not accessible to guests. First floor restroom closed.
The walks/doors in this hotel seem to be very thin. I was kept up all night buy doors shutting and people talking in the hallways (I even use a white noise machine and the constant fan on the A/C unit. If you’re a heavy sleeper, you would probably be fine but light sleepers like me may want to stay someplace else. The staff was great and the area had a lot to offer for dining and shopping. I just didn’t get any sleep.
The toilet seat was attached but way off center...very frustrating

I stayed here one night after work instead of driving an hour home due to bad weather. I called because I was going to have a late check in and the front desk attendant was friendly and accommodating. When I did check in she remembered my name and call. The room was clean and warm ready for my arrival. It was very efficiently laid out and had the microwave and frig which is so convenient.The breakfast they had was awesome!! Anything you could want! The price was very affordable! I would recommend this for a stay in Lansing area.
the worst, stay away from this place, they try to keep a photo copy of your credit card and drivers liscense. Stay away!!

This was a great value for the location and the continental breafast was very good. We were very pleased and plan to be there again next year for homecoming.
We needed a room for a very busy football weekend (coincidentally the weekend of basketball "Midnight Madness" at MSU) and it was bothersome to pay so much more than normal because of the date, but the hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient. We might very well stay there again. We were pleased with the SleepInn. Could use new bedspreads, curtains, decorating, but I think they are going to be addressing this issue. They didn't seem that "fresh". But linens were clean, shower was very nice, bathroom and room was clean and neat.

We choose this hotel to stay at following a late evening event at MSU. It was the perfect location between our home and the MSU campus. The room was clean and comfortable, but very simple. We had a restful stay, and left the next day. We chose not to have the free breakfast offered in the morning, but instead walked across the parking lot to Bob Evan's. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, plus easy driving on/off the highway. Very convenient for our needs that day.

Thank you so much for your feedback as it lets me know where we need work. We are in the process of getting a guest elevator installed, however, Covid-19 delayed the process. The key cards are very sensitive and can be deactivated by your phone or being too close to electronics or magnets. They drive me up the wall sometimes. As far as the top drawer goes, that I can address immediately and correct. The restroom is available for paying guests. We have it closed to the public due to Covid-19, but our in house guests are still welcome to use. I do apologize for that misunderstanding. I am also trying to see about getting individual milk cartons because I personally feel milk is essential for breakfast. Thank you for your business as well as taking the survey. Thank you so much for your feedback and allow me to apologize for your lack of sleep during your stay. Although I can't fix the walls and doors, there are a few ideas I have to perhaps prevent a reoccurence. Perhaps asking guests at check in time about if they're a light sleeper or not and assigning a room away from the rest. Also, having third shift do walk throughs periodocally to ensure other guests are being respectful and have guests refrain from congregating in the halls throughout the night. There are definitely ways to remedy situations like this. Again please accept our apologies and thank you very much. We hope to see you again in the future :)
