The room was not cleaned every day and I had to ask them to change the sheets on the second day. We were disappointed in the rug in the room was very dirty and had major stains on it. It was a very good location to the beach but I will not stay here again.
Nice clean room and friendly staff! Overall good value. No coffee in room so I tried to get (Keurig) coffee, but office doesn't open until 9am 😥

The room was nice - well designed - but the bathroom had clearly not been updated when the room had been. There was a dropped ceiling and mold in the shower. The exterior of the building was a mess - cracked cement, the stairwells were dirty, iron railings rusty.

Dirty filthy bathroom . Dirty floors. Dirty rugs. The room was filled with many,many buzzing flies. Mosquitos. Horrible experience. Will never return.
The facility was fine and the staff we interacted with were kind. However, we got locked out of our room in the middle of the night; our cards didn't work. No one was at the front desk till 9am the next morning. There was an "emergency" number to call, but no one responded. We found refuge in a McDonalds and another hotel lobby to wait through the wee hours of the morning waiting for a return phone call, but there was nothing.When there was someone at the front desk the next morning, he was very apologetic and said that the phone number was the manager's, who apparently lived two blocks away. The desk attendant said the manager would be in touch about somehow compensating us for our troubles. The manager never called me back, and I have not even heard from him regarding some compensation. I am not so worried about being compensated as I I find the episode more troubling to think that if someone had a child or infant locked in the room, then this could have been a far worse situation with no one responding to what is supposed to be an "emergency" number to call. This kind of negligence could have produced far worse consequences.
