The Neighborhood:
This is upper-class residential neighborhood very close to the large Beaumont hospital. This area is safe to walk around at night. The parking lot has surveillance cameras for your safety. The shopping center is also in walking distance from the apartment (20mins).

Getting Around:
There is a designated parking spot. There is additional visitor parking available as well. All parking spots are clearly marked with the apartment number and the visit parking spaces are also clearly marked on the ground

Other Things to Note:
House Rules:

1. First and foremost, enjoy your stay.
2. No parties please. Only guests of the home are allowed on the property.
3. No pets allowed.
4. The entire property is a no smoking area. If you are found smoking in the property you will be asked to leave immediately without refund for the remainder of your stay.
