This hotel has really went down and needs a huge renovation

Thjis hotel used to be really nice. My room had a serious odor of stale tobacco. The fire alarm had been totally dismantled. The telephone was ripped out of the wall. Half the channels on the TV did not work. I asked to be moved to a different room at 3:30PM ( Check-In time 3:00PM ) and no rooms were ready. Think twice about making a reservation there because the price seems so reasonable. You get what you pay for!

The Springwood was was accommodating. The noise was very little even on the weekends as I heard it can get loud in some rooms.

The nightly rate for the room you get is great. It's set up like condos. 8 rooms to a building and each room has a kitchen, desk, and sitting area. The $100 cash deposit without prior warning is BS though. Not everyone carries that much cash. Also, when you tell them your checking out, they say "Ok, have a nice day" instead of offering you your deposit back. You have to ask for it and they are suddenly reminded. In the 15 minuets I had to wait for someone to go check my room, I saw them do the same thing to two women.

I select this hotel for the kitchen but when I arrive there are not any dishes forks knives dish washing liquid no nothing so it defeats the purpose of my selection. What happened to the original Residence Inn!

Dirty, bed nasty old and flat no comfort. Bathroom tile broken and shower head as well. Front door insecure anyone could kick it in. I won't be back period! I want my money back honestly!

The rooms themselves were pretty nice and and looked more like a condo than a hotel room so I was please. The problem was the staff was rude and confrontational. I booked over a month in advance but when I arrived I was told that there would be a $100 cash (cash only) deposit I had to put down for incidentals and I would get it back at the end of my stay. I protested, but the receptionist said it was a policy. When I went to check out they refused to give me my deposit back and insisted I had been smoking in the room (I wasn't), but was I was told that they saw me (they didn't) and as such I had to forfeit my deposit and, no I couldn't speak with a manager. I suspect that the $100 deposit is more of a way from the hotel staff to extort money from their customers. My company has used this hotel on multiple occasions for housing visitors and employees when they're here on business but I have since told them and we will be going elsewhere. There is really no excuse for the staff's behavior and terrible conduct.

Needed a quick room for only about 7 hours so I went cheap. Ugh. Room was 91 degrees when I entered. No extra blankets. No house phone if I needed to contact the front desk. Roomy but it felt like all the furniture and appliances had been there since the 1960s. Not very clean. And a guy tried to sell me weed in the parking lot. Avoid.

Perfect for a short stay. Nice that we had icemaker in the refrigerator.

I have to say, this is my third time staying at the property. They must have put me in a really nice room the first two times because the room I was in this stay (#512) was old. The couch had rips and stains in it, the knobs on the closet doors were very lose. HOWEVER, my love for this property is the use of the fireplace in the living room area. Claude was amazing with checkout at 6:30am. There is a rule that you CANNOT get your deposit before 9am and he made an exception once they checked to make sure I had not smoked in the room.

This room was terrible...when I walked in the door the room was dirty empty tissue rolls on the floor. The sink looked as if it was never cleaned in weeks soap scum all on the chrome of the sink!! The bed was the worse and not to mention the pillows were flat as a board. The couch looked as if it was on the street and they decided to bring it in from the rain, the floor had crumbs from weeks ago. They never came to clean the room at all. I suggest they close that place down for remodeling asap!!! My doghouse was cleaner than that room...

The tables and carpet were dirty. The door handles were broke the air was too high and the pool water was dirty and the staff was unprofessional

If there was a way to give a negative amount of stars I would. To begin with, I changed hotels to find one that had a pool because I was traveling with my children. I called shortly after I made the reservation to see if I could set up a early checkin and was told by the person on the phone that early check in's were only done for an additional fee of $35. I have never hear of that and the person was very rude and at that point, I probably should have cancelled my reservation and gone somewhere else. Then when I got there to check in, I was told that there was a $100 deposit that I had to make in cash that would be returned to be between 9am - 12noon on the day of my departure. Well, since I had a 6:25am flight on the day of my departure that wouldnt be possible, so they said they could put the deposit on my credit card and it would be taken off in 2 days. Then when I needed to call the front desk, the phone in the room didnt work, so i had to call from my cell phone and they send someone over to fix the phone. The room had a mildew smell like water had spilled on the carpet and not been dealt with on time. Then I asked about pool towels and was told to come to the lobby. When I got there I was told to use the ones in the room because they were washing them and I could get them when we got out the pool. When we got out the pool they were still not available and two hours later when I again called the lobby, they were still unavailable. Then I had to call about linens for t

Don't say anything at all... That place is terrible and the front desk policy of providing a cash deposit is unheard of.

The hotel is in the middle of an industrial area. A few eateries are within driving distance. The room was dated but clean. Staff answered my questions weren't rude. Close to the express way. Overall the place was decent for the deal I got on the room.

Door was broke no forks plate old. No hd tv. Never again whole room needs to be remodeled

The space was great. Nice size, and I did feel comfortable because of that. They had direct tv, so I had a nice selection of tv channels to watch. The room was not up to date as far as looks and cosmetics go. You could tell the sofa bed was old and had stains. The kitchen needed a deep thorough cleaning. It was dried ketchup on the lower wall by the trash can. The mattress wasn't as comfortable and the linen we had for the sofa bed was worn and had cigarette holes in it. It definitely was a 2 star hotel, but the service wasn't bad and overall wasn't bad for the price. If they upgrade, it would pretty great.

Place was dirty did not clean room daily no clean sheet or towels. No ice or coffee maker. Never again would I stay there.

The hotel left a great deal to be desired. The room was old and a little tired but otherwise ok. Room cleaning was one time only while the stay was 5 days. Breakfast was sufficiently lacking that we had it elsewhere. Mattress had a large soft spot in the middle leading to uncomfortable nights. Not a good experience.

The hotel bed was to small it wasn't enough pillows on the bed and the bed wasn't comfortable at all.
